This location absolutely sucks.
I ordered a double side of onion rings, and barely got more than a single portion. Also the young lady at the window wasn’t rude, per se…but she wasn’t at all personable or professional. I won’t be going back.

Missing food. Ridiculously small portions. If you want a large drink you need to order a “huge”. My onion rings was basically one ring broken into 6 little pieces.

I was hungry after work, so I stopped by this cookout for a cheeseburger meal, it was around 12:40am so to be real I wasn’t expecting much from them. I was wrong though the food was actually hot and the burger didn’t taste like grounded up rat feet. The food was really good. Whoever was chefing it up back there is goated . The service was cool too

My experience with The Cook Out was excellent, A definite 10 outta 10 due to the fact of the GM was first on site, the District Manager drove me up to get the day started and the food tasted great!
Customer service superberb, The District Manager is top tier and don’t play about This kitchen!

Food is great if you need something fast. Their variety of milkshakes is definitely awesome. They have so many options and I have tried a few different ones. The flavors are great. Sitting area inside and two drive through windows. There is always a lot of people here. The staff sometimes are hit or miss with professionalism. Some are very friendly and nice and others seemed stressed out or like they don’t want to be there. I will say the latter is only about 5% of the time. They usually are very friendly! Definitely recommend coming here for fast service and good food

OMG!..COOK OUT!!!…You failed miserably..just wanted two good chili dogs…slaw, mustard, ketchup and chili..i ordered the tray with fries, and onion rings and drink…I tried eating one chili dog..chili was so burnt i just had to throw the whole order away because burnt meat soaked in grease that’s old is horrible…my order was $10.77 and I past Ruby Tuesdays and sonic..
I hate making poor decisions as an adult. I haven’t eaten at the winder location for some time because I noticed not many cars at all in the parking lot. Just glad i didn’t have the wife with me, that would have been almost $25 lost…sorry didn’t post pics..but I didn’t have time for this nonsense

This is my third time coming here, and I tried to order a chicken wrap with two sides. There must have been someone new at the window because when she asked me if I wanted a combo and I answered my two sides, she replied you can’t get two sides with your order. Okay whatever.
The biggest problem was when I got my chicken wrap and found hair in it. I took it back immediately, and the manager was kind enough to give me a refund out of his own pocket. It’s that sincerity that keeps this review from being one star.

Well I finally tried cook out! I’d have to say it was very good, and very reasonably priced. The walking taco was delicious. crushed up bag of doritos with taco meat, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. Might be the best invention ever! I will go back and get lots of walking tacos
