Our KFC has been horrible for years and I will admit it has gotten a little better but it is still extremely slow, when I did DoorDash I wouldn’t be waiting a half hour in the store sometimes. God forbid you order something on the app to eat in the store and when you get there you order an extra side and then you have to wait 20 minutes for that one side. The employees are more friendly and reasonable than they used to be but I feel the food quality has went down and the store procedures cause delays and food of lower quality.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Do not recommend this place! It was filthy(dining area and back where they work) unfriendly workers, can only order from a kiosk and waited a half hour for food THAT WAS STILL WRONG!!! Food was good though so… they at least have that going for it. We will not be back!

I haven’t ever really eaten here so I decided to order some food on the app and was really looking forward to it because I hadn’t eaten yet today. I ordered for pick up and when I got there I saw my order on the rack so I grabbed it (even though the app said it wasn’t ready yet). When I grabbed it the entire bag felt greasy and I get it: fast food is greasy but it was double bagged so that is already concerning. Anyway I take it to my car and open the greasy bag up and after looking inside I noticed that the sauces I ordered were not in there so I thought that maybe they put them in my box but nope they were no where to be found so I went inside and told the guy at the counter that I had ordered sauce and never got it so he asked what sauces I ordered and grabbed some of them. Anyway I went back to my car and started eating now. Luckily I brought my own paper towels because the napkins that were in the bag were full of grease too. After finishing most of my chicken tender box I opened my sandwich, only to realize that they put pickles on it even though I ordered a honey garlic chicken sandwich with no pickles. Because I had already gone inside and was a greasy mess at this point I decided to just pull them off and eat it but after taking a bite of this greasy poorly put together sandwich I realized something… I don’t taste any garlic. At this point I was just starting and wanted to eat it because my hands were such a mess there was no going back. Anyway after I finished my disappointing meal I was a mess (even with the extra paper towel I brought) so I decided to walk inside and go try to wash my hands but the bathroom was locked so I waited for 5 minutes and no one came out but a woman came out of their 1 person bathroom but eventually after 5 minutes I decided I was just going to leave amd go somewhere else to wash everything though I would get my steering wheel quite greasy. I find it a little dumb though that they have 2, 1 person bathrooms and they don’t just label them bathrooms that are for either gender. Anyway it was a pretty bad experience and I will not be ordering there again.

Words cannot describe how horrible this place is. Stopped with my kid and got us each a mashed potato bowl. Both had chicken (kinda) that was old and 80 percent breading. A couple years ago they redid the kfc in gaylord and I thought it would get better. It’s never been good. Corporate should really pull their franchise. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst KFC I ever been to. Placed order at drive thru and was told they would bring it out in a few minutes.after 20 minutes I went inside and was told that they forgot to put my chicken in to be cooked so they offered me a refund and then they said it would only be 40 more seconds. I got my order which was a complete meal and after I got down the road a few miles I opened the box and all I got was a few chicken nuggets and a roll !! This place should be shut down for good, appsalutly filthy. Chicken nuggets were overcooked so I couldn’t even eat them. Sorry Gaylord you should run them out of town

I dread going to FKC when my family wants it. There’s always a wait, my food is typically wrong, undercooked or overcooked (soooo dry). I’ve waited in line for 20 minutes before, and when I left, saw 3 employees sitting outside on the patio tables having a smoke while there were several of us in line.
The last big issue I had there was ordering online, and when I picked it up (after waiting 20 minutes), my 12 piece bucket was short by 6 pieces, it only had drums, and there was no coating. It had all fallen off and was at the bottom because it was so old. I was also missing a side. To be fair, when I called back, the manager replaced my meal and gave me a cake for my troubles.
Yesterday was also awful. There was a line wrapped around the building, so my husband and I ordered online while in line. We waited over 30 minutes to get to the window, where we were informed that they were out of all dark meat chicken, had no extra crispy anything, and had no idea when it would be ready. Since we had other options, we agreed to take what was available. When we arrived home, our macaroni and cheese was cold, the biscuits were underdone, and the chicken tenders were so dry even dousing them in gravy didn’t help. The crew at the window was also hostile, basically telling us to take what was available or leave, shouting from the kitchen “we don’t have anything!”
Noreen (the owner) needs to take care of her employees, but on top of that, re-evaluate the safety of the kitchen and the training of her staff. The only reason I can think they stay in business is because they’re the only fried chicken fast food within 40 miles.

A woman behind the counter was very rude and threw people’s food on the counter only filled a quarter way through food was very sloppy and poorly done should of done better. Drive through girl that was wearing black was very kind though and so was the male wearing Grey would only return if she wasn’t here.
