This place has the best Bojangles biscuits in the world of Bojangles. If this is the case, why is my Bo berry biscuit burnt and drenched in icing? Is that quality, is that right? Also, is it apart of the hiring process to train people to be really good at asking you what sauces you would like but make sure they are not in the customers bags when they leave? Also, why is the chicken supreme tenders so hard they about rip your gums open? Why do we hire people who sulk and have zero customer service skill when dealing with the general public? Not a great experience. I don’t want a gift card or a refund. I want to come back to Bojangles and it be on point. Stay consistent and quick making hiring sulking people including managers cause they are the worst at night.

I travel to the Lowcountry two or three times a week and stop at the Bojangles quite frequently. It is clean. The food is consistently good and the employees are very friendly.

never once have I had all of my sauces and meal in the bag the first try. Always have to ask for missing sauces again and if you ask them twice for it they always have a sour attitude. I hate going here but then again what other options do I have in this town.

We’ve been to Bojangles restaurants a number of times and have enjoyed a number of items on their menu. So when I learned that Bo was throwing their hat in the BBQ ring, I knew that sooner or later this BBQ Lover was going to try it.
That chance came on a Thursday evening just before 9. There was no line at the drive through, but the staff was still on their game. The team member that took my order was extremely friendly, polite and best of all, clear. I ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich and a Sweet Tea. They filled the order quickly and we were on our way.
The Pulled Pork BBQ was good. The BBQ was on the dry side and could’ve been helped by some tangy pepper vinegar sauce. I couldn’t detect any hint of smoke and didn’t see any bark either. To sum it up, the BBQ reminded me of good pork but from a Crock-Pot slow cooker.
All in all, It’s a decent addition to their menu which I would probably get when stopping at Bojangles in the future. This is a fast food restaurant, after all, specializing in chicken, I give them credit for giving me a decent additional option.

This place needs to just shut down. They have poor customer service even down to the manager Samantha. I ordered a Bo chicken sandwich just to get home to have a chicken thigh instead of a boneless chicken breast. When I called to complain she gets an attitude and starts making excuses instead of apologizing for it or giving a refund. If your employees are too incompetent to know the difference from a thigh and a boneless breast maybe they should find a different job bc it’s not that hard to know dark meat from white meat and if I wanted a thigh I would not order a Bo chicken sandwich I would have asked for a thigh but when u go to the drive through here they give u anything just to get you through. Not the first time with this place so don’t go here if you expect to get what u order from a competent individual that actually know what they are doing but they rather stand around n playing n chatting. Do better

We traveled from out of town bc my nephews were excited about the place being decorated for Halloween. Terrible experience the short white lady at the window had a nasty attitude. With food being as expensive as it is and having to deal with attitude is a no go. I would suggest no one come to this location.

This is unacceptable. First of all fries, not in the bag second of all dump them out. The fries are cold and hard. $20 for two meals and this is what you get.. Bojangles you got to do better.. so this is what you get when you asked for fresh fries..
