The fact that they thought this slimy, old, and bad lettuce was okay to put on my mamas food. Would you eat that?
No, I’m not trying to be a Karen but if you wouldn’t eat it yourself why would you serve it to others? Also, when we mentioned talking to a manager calmly of course to multiple people that got ignored. Disgusting

We got there very late after a long day on the road. Our waitress was pleasant and uplifting. Even offered to help me chose my meal when I said I was so tired I didn’t know what to have. The food came out hot and exactly what we ordered. It was just a really nice end to the day.

Everything was very meh except the awesome front of house staff. We got seated quickly and the host got us drinks. It took awhile for the waitress to show up (probably need to hire more staff) but was very friendly and helpful. Peach ice tea was Awesome. The food took awhile to arrive. None of it was worth getting again. We had sausage gravy and biscuits. It was a lot of sausage gravy for two biscuits. I guess you could eat it by the spoon full? But it also wasn’t great. I had two eggs over easy but they were over cooked. (If that’s all I had to complain about I wouldn’t have said anything, but it just became part of the trend.) My friend and I had the french toast and maybe it’s a regional thing or maybe it’s a bob evans thing, but the batter for the french toast was pancake batter. It was weird. Not my jam. I had the apples on the side and my friend had the apples on top of his french toast. I like cooked apples…. I did not like these apples.

my fiancé and I come here at least once a week. we absolutely adore all the waitresses (especially Amanda). They always give us the best service and I hope their managers know how lucky they are to have such great staff. Hands down our favorite Bob Evans location!

I had came here with my grandmother after a very long hard day at the hospital with my dog having complications and she was being hospitalized we hadn’t ate all day been under tons of stress the worst snow storm we’ve had in years what’s going on the stress level was unbearable but we had to get something to eat because Granny has diabetes we stopped and because we like the food at the spa muffins before we even got into the parking lot I see Brett Warner outside salting and shoveling the sidewalk for the customers to be able to come in to get away from the storm to be able to eat we get into the first parking spot he noticed here comes down the sidewalk clean it more for me am I 77-year-old grandmother before we even parked and got out of the motor vehicle businesses in Ohio do not treat people correctly they do not deal with the snow appropriately and when I’m telling you this man is running this business outstandingly I haven’t seen this since I was a kid it’s not hard to have southern hospitality now we go inside rayanne our server quick and patient she got our stuff to the table as manner she minded our special requests for drinks and foods unminded how we needed a minute the food was excellent she kept coming around filling up our drinks and checking on us before we could even ask for something she already had brought in it to the table or was asking us if we needed it the service here is outstanding the food as just how it should have done and then Brett Warner comes around and asks to make sure that we’re doing well on top of it it’s almost like these people care so much taking so much time out to read the room and actually tend to customer as all businesses should I applaud this people for just being chivalrous and I was very thankful after everything I’ve been through all day to be able to settle down a little bit to eat because when I’m upset I throw up and I don’t eat and these people made it to where I ate almost my whole meal and my stomach was just so upset and turning because the dog was hospitalized my 16 year old dog and they helped me not even helped me sleep better at night mind you these people have no clue about how far we traveled from about how severe the drive was about how severe or what we have been through with the dog being hospitalized and it’s just great to see and no and I’m truly thankful for people in the serving industry to be appropriate and cleanliness an actively doing things that are necessary for handicap like making sure the rugs aren’t going to trip you when you come in the door and the floor is not wet because everyone’s tracking in snow cuz no one will go clean the sidewalk and salt but I will tell you right now Brett Warner and Rayanna I am so thankful for you and I honestly thank God that we ran into you that we stop there because I truly needed that to see that they’re still good people that care to see that there’s still people doing their job and above no matter the money and to just be treated appropriately in a time of need

This is definitely a place to try. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. My server (Madie-sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so nice and friendly. The cheddar potato soup was rich and creamy filled with potato chunks. The gravy on the potatoes and country fried steak had the perfect amount of pepper. I ordered the half portion and still had to bring home dessert. Good value for the price.

We came to Bob Evans hungry and left disappointed. Our meal started at a booth that was a bit small for 4 people but determined and hungry we stayed without complaint. Two of us ordered potato dishes with cheese on top- the loaded french fries, and the rancher cheesy potatoes- if you are hoping for melted cheese you will be mistaken. My mother ordered country biscuit breakfast with sausage gravy instead of the country gravy she received country gravy. We got our waiter to bring the plate back and a few minutes later he returned with a seemingly new plate. Half way through the plate she stumbled on a glob of country gravy and hard eggs. It seemed like they scraped off the country gravy and replaced it with sausage gravy. So she has a weird combination of both sausage gravy and country gravy which was nasty. We will not be coming back.
They did offer us a to go order of biscuits and sausage gravy to make up for the error.

Ordered turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, and stuffing. Simple. They somehow turned everything into grease covered, beyond drowned in water, barely edible, the only thing edible out of the entire meal was the 3 turkey slices they give you. I’m severely disappointed, and they definitely won’t be hearing from me or my money again.

I ordered online after spending all night in the hospital with my husband. We were hungry and exhausted. We picked it up and went home excited to eat. We open it and the food was cold and burnt… Home fries were black and mixed with old French fries. Breakfast sandwiches were ice cold. We picked up right on time so it should not have been sitting long. I’m very sad with the lack of quality and care. It’s becoming an epidemic everywhere that you spend hard earned money on less than quality output. I’m tired of it and I’m speaking up. So should anyone else.
