SAVE YOUR TIME AMD MONEY
Had to wait over 30mins for them to cook the chicken. (Already paid before they told us they had no food ready)
Literally no chicken cooked and ready during rush hours!!
Staff are friendly but extremely lazy!
We watched over a dozen vehicles drive off and go to KFC
OUR LAST CHANCE HAS BEEN GIVEN FOR THIS LOCATION

You can tell they dont want to work where they do. Rude employees in the drive thru, and the worst part is I believe one of them was even a manager. Ordered white meat chicken and didn’t tell us that they were out of it UNTIL we already pulled up to the window to get the food. Didn’t even offer a refund. I believe the manager was the one putting the chicken in the bag and we could literally see her through the window with an attitude and rude look on her face because she was waiting on us to try to figure out what we wanted instead..as if we were the inconvenience for them not having the white meat chicken.

Wow, went to the drive through tonight got in line at 6:30 PM. I was in it for 30 minutes. I ordered a 3-piece meal with sweet tea and mashed potatoes. Got to the window and paid. They had lost track of what I had been given, which was nothing. Got the sweet tea. The biscuits were burned and I would have to wait another 4 minutes or get an extra piece of chicken. So, I’m thinking, for next time, KFC is just 3 buildings down. I’ll see if they cook chicken faster in Kentucky as opposed to Louisiana.

I was not given a good greeting. The food was just okay. My chicken sandwich tasted old. They didnt give me my fries. I ordered two three piece tenders and they were somehow not the same. Honestly, it’s fast food experiences like this that I eagerly await and welcome these jobs being replaced by robots.

Update, stopped in to try the new “Blackened Chicken Sandwich”. This new menu item is on par with the already famous chicken sandwich they offer. If you are a fan of Popeyes like I am swing by Popeyes and try the new “Blackened Chicken Sandwich.
Popeyes in Maryville is always very clean with a very friendly staff and consistent food quality. On my last in store visit they had it decorated for Halloween a very nice touch. I want to send a shout out to the staff for always doing an outstanding job. Keep up the good work

I purchased 2 boxes of chicken and biscuits and the chicken was burned and hard and the biscuits were hard.This doesn’t even make sense to serve people burned food.and this was purchased at 12:18pm on a Sunday and they wasn’t even crowded!! This is poor quality control and poor management how you allow this to happen to customers. They need to have cameras in the cooking areas and watch there employees. I will never go back again because this is just sad and makes you angry!!!

Absolutely filthy restaurant! Air vents clogged, security cameras with mounds of dust, drink machine dirty, sticky and full of bad ice! Lobby is dirty and not maintained, tables sticky and dirty, no soap in bathrooms, workers not wearing gloves when handling food! This location is disgusting! The manager must be incompetent as they do not hold staff accountable for food safety or cleaning. How can the franchise owner, and the corporate office not see any of this during a simple walkthrough? Avoid this location if you value your health. Unsafe! See photos below!

Stopped in after shopping @ home depot @9:23pm , thought I would try some wings. I order 6 honey bbq, your out. Ok how about garlic parm sure we can do that. I would also like a chicken sandwich with no mayo, sorry we can’t do that we only have 2 sandwiches left are they fresh? Yes. So I drive home, hungry…. let’s eat.

Horrible experience. We were served old and extremely cold food through the drive thru, so bad we had to go in to remake or refund. We decided to let them remake it. Then we proceeded to wait an additional 30+ minutes. The restaurant was extremely dirty. No toilet paper in any of the stalls, trash over flowing out of the trash cans. Trash all over the dining room. The employees seem to all look like they were on drugs. Waste of money and our time.
