Yahir @ 5315 15th Ave. NW was very rude from the moment I arrived. The biggest problem was when i asked if he heard me over the intercom because there was no reply, i just asked for no ice in my drinks because the app doesn’t allow you to remove ice from your drink. He then answered VERY rudely with attitude for no reason at all. I then pull up to the window and ask him if he was the one at the intercom and he said yes. i then asked him why he answered so rudely and he again answered with attitude being very degrading and pushing it off like i was the one at fault here when i called him out for it. ive been to this wendys multiple times and the other workers NEVER answered so rudely like him, always cheerful and with respect in their voices but Yahir was very disrespectful from the beginning and the saddest part was when he had the chance to redeem himself but he doubled down and was disrespectful. I know this isnt how wendys operates but it definitely opens you guys up to more problems. And on top of all that my wifes chicken tenders were RAW(gordon ramsey voice). the left tender is raw, the right is cooked. you can CLEARLY see the difference.

edit: i just heard back from corporate this morning on the phone so fingers crossed there will be action and accountability held for Yahir.

Man if Shane isnt yall GM, he absolutely needs to be. He is quite literally the epitome of customer service!! I have been living in Seattle for almost 2 years and every time I go up there, Im always smiling or laughing! They didnt have this kind of hospitality down in Texas, ha! He has never once had a terrible attitude or anything! In fact, I always get happy when I hear his voice over the intercom. Shane truly makes a difference at Wendys, please give him a raise or a promotion. And other customers please be kind to him as well because he’s awesome!

I am over this location (15th Ave. in Seattle. #1532)! They will never pay attention to the complete order! I tried giving them another chance for delivery and…no change 7 months later! They need new people and management!

Today, I ordered a chocolate Raven swirl and received a vanilla. They also put no crackers, no napkins, no sour cream, and no hot sauce for my chili. Once again, I cannot eat my chili the way I want to!

They forgot to give me the frosty. Also, whenever I order delivery or pick up, they never include the sour cream and hot sauces I ordered for my chili. It’s disappointing thinking I am going to be able to eat my chili the way I want it and can’t.

Me and my partner just moved to the area and ordered online through DoorDash we live within walking distance so we walked to go pick up our order. We walked up to the doors and realized they were locked but our order said it was completed and ready for pick up. I saw an employee in the window and showed my phone order through the glass and she pointed towards the drive thru. So we walked 10ft to the left to the drive thru window. There were no cars in the drive thru at this time. We waited until there were no cars because we didn’t want to cause any issues for drivers. When we finally got a chance to speak to someone they just said kept saying “you need a car, no, you need a car” we tried to explain that we placed it online and we live right there. The employee just shut the window on us and pointed at a sign on the window that had a QR code for online orders? We later realized the person was actually pointing to the wrong sign on their window. There was a tiny piece of paper on the drive thru window that said no walk up pick ups for the safety of the employees. I completely get that and also we had no idea that was their policy, but I don’t think it warrants slamming the window on someone and pretending like they aren’t there. The biggest thing that really sends this 1 star review is the fact that before we walked up we watched 2 other cars park in the Wendy’s parking lot and walk up to pick up their food. Again totally get that it’s a safety issue but why the attitude? Also fix your DoorDash online orders and just say you don’t do pick ups past 10pm. Because pickups aren’t just driving on DoorDash there’s a walking option too. Also Juana is the person who spoke with us and slammed the window on us multiple times, they told us they were the manager ;). They finally gave us our food after we sat outside the building for 30minutes. They said they would go make our food because it wasn’t ready, But it was ready because the receipt time was 30min earlier. Definitely won’t be back again but just wanted to share the experience to warn others.

I live 2 blocks away from this wendys and after ordering my food tonight my gf and I went home and upon opening our meals discovered that my meal was wrong. I ordered a #2 and got a chicken sandwich with bacon on it. My girlfriend got a #4. My gf took them back and when she pulled up to the windows the cashier took the items from my gf and asked her what she ordered. She told them again what we ordered and when she brought it home my #2 was still wrong and very sloppily put together. There was no bacon an excess of mayo, theres not supposed to be lettuce, tomato, onions, or pickles which has me doubting i should eat it.

I came by for a frosty for my dog and I. I asked for a smallest frosty they had and when I came to the window Juana was so nice and gave me a frosty coupon for my dog any time he’s a long with me. She was so kind and courteous.

Late night ride with the wife to get our 2 year old to go to sleep. Stopped by here to grab a late dinner on the way home. Line was long when we got there and we ordered online. So we decided to go ahead and wait. Food was OK. Wasn’t the best. Meat definitely could use seasoning. But the service was amazing. Once we got to the window, was there for about a total of 2 minutes. Service was definitely a 5-star

They let someone take my mobile order without checking if they actually ordered it. Otherwise it was a decent visit. This store is clean and the staff is relatively friendly. They have one of the coke machines that had the touchscreen and you can make any crazy combination of flavors you might want so that’s fun.

I love Wendy’s, I worked there in highschool and it’s my go-to fast food option on road trips. My go-to order is the spicy chicken sandwich which punches well above it’s weight compared to other fast food chains chicken sandwiches.

So it makes me so sad that 5 times in a row now, this location has served a terrible spicy chicken sandwich. They’re always so old and dry, I’m not sure if they’re leaving them too long in the hot drawer or what, but it’s happened enough times now that I won’t visit this location anymore.

Hernandez, the manager is so rude with the customers. He threw back change to a customer not in hand, threw it. Talked bad to customers who are just trying to see what they want to spend with their $$. Get this man in check and do something about it, he shouldn’t be working with customers if he has no patience and an attitude with every person he talks to.
