My wife noticed her burger from this Mcdonalds franchise was completely raw halfway through eating it this afternoon. She is now doubled over puking so I’m on my way home to probably take her to the emergency room. When I told the manager this he asked me to my face if I would like them to make me another one to compensate.

I’ve never have a good experience here. Today I waited 28 mins for a cup and then got an attitude for asking. I wonder if the employees still realize, that us, the customer pay their bills. Customer service should be first. Broadway McDonald’s is the exact same, same owner I reckon. Food is terrible these days anyway.

The manager Amanda Dawson was very rude when I brought up that I was givin the wrong sized fries. Then when I asked for her to come to the window to resolve the issue. “All I wanted was the large fry I ordered “. I had to then go park and go inside and wait and wait for her to finally come to me and offer me a small fry to make up for the difference. Then ask me to bring medium fry back inside before I could get my food……. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give me her Full name as a manager you would think a little professionalism would be shown.

Ordered curb side the girl delivering the food delivered everything to the wrong number and when I went in I heard her say everyone was parked in the wrong spot when I was clearly in the spot I entered and then was rude and snapped at multiple customers… it’s always something… how hard is it to have customer service now a day

I will go out of my way at breakfast time to choose THIS McDonald’s over any of the others. Always fast service, very polite people working the morning shift (haven’t ate there much for lunch so I can’t make a judgement on that), definitely the best breakfast shift at any McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Both of our cheeseburgers were made wrong and the fries were cold after waiting nearly 10 minutes for our food. We wanted our reciept and when it printed the paper was put in wrong and printed nothing. When we pointed this out the employee they said nothing but turned around and walked away.

Went to get breakfast the other day. Ordered mcmuffin and 4 hashbrowns. Lady took old ones from sandwich warmer that were obviously old and gave me those. Its 6 am. How are they not made fresh? The price we pay now, make it worth the customers money. Not sell stale hashbrowns to save the $2 it took to make it.
