On November 26th, around 10:20 AM, I placed a mobile order through Hardee’s. I am not familiar with the area and did not realize the location was approximately 30–40 minutes away. Once I realized the distance, I attempted to cancel the order, but there was no option to do so in the app, so I proceeded to the store as quickly as possible.
By the time I arrived, the food had clearly been sitting out. The tater tots were soggy and cold, the drinks were watery with melted ice, and the entire order was unusable. I spent $18+, and this was supposed to serve as breakfast and lunch for both myself and my girlfriend before I headed to work.
When I explained the situation at the drive-thru, the first employee was rude and told me it “wasn’t their fault or their problem.” I apologized for the delay and explained I didn’t know the food was made immediately upon order placement. The manager then came outside. While she was more polite, she informed me that because it was a mobile order, she could not process a refund.
She also could not explain how I was supposed to request a refund through the mobile system. I attempted to call the number provided, but it does not work. I have received no response from any contact method since.
The manager offered to remake the food, but due to the situation, the delay, and my discomfort with accepting a remake when the staff had already displayed poor attitudes, I preferred a refund. Ultimately, the “remake” I was given appeared to be the exact same food, still cold and clearly not freshly prepared, which is unsanitary and unacceptable.
At this point, I returned the food and left without receiving any refund or assistance. I couldn’t even get out the parking lot cause of the way the drive through is set up to make matters worse.
I am requesting a full refund for this mobile order. I have followed every instruction, contacted the numbers available, and have yet to receive any support or resolution.
Thank you for reviewing this matter. I hope Hardee’s can correct this situation.

This place was a dump! So filthy, our shoes stuck to the floor as we walked. Many tables were dirty. I ordered coffee, it was self serve, the pot was so disgusting I just got some water instead. Staff was not rude, but definitely not friendly either.

The service was okay but far from customer friendly. The hamburgers were extremely lackluster. The worst part was the absolute disgusting front of the house! The grout lines in the tile are completely gross, drink station disturbing and we had to clean our own table. All the tables were not clean. The child booster seat was again disgusting. I wish I took pictures to post. Unfortunately, my wife and I ate our so so hamburgers and got out of there. The owner needs to view the restaurant and spend some money on cleaning! If the front of the house is that gross, I can only imagine how the back of the house looks. The health department needs to be called for an inspection for sure.

1st I had to wait for someone to assist me with my order. 2nd, I had to wait for the computer to come back up, 3rd, I ordered two 16 oz milkshakes and only received half a cup, I made the comment to the server that it’s supposed to be a 16 oz cup. That means it should be full. She advised that they are weighed! This is not acceptable, if you pay $4.59 per milkshake then you should get it full 16 oz. Not a 16 oz cup half full!

Bathrooms are realistically as clean as they can be, given that this is usually a busy place during lunch. They serve fried chicken which is not something I have seen from a Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr. The service is decently fast, it all depends on if they are busy or not. The employees are usually pretty chatty and while sometimes the computer may go down, I would expect that from any place in this technology centric world we live in

The girl on the headset couldn’t even let me finish what I was saying before she had to interject. It was a mobile order so everything was already in the bag. I should’ve known it was half ass when I ordered my drink without ice and there was ice in it. I get home, my burger doesn’t have the extra pickles. They just didn’t put any on my burger. They also didn’t put onions on it. My bun on the sandwiches were burnt. They didn’t give me any sauce for my tenders. Overall, they are the worst on night shift. Refrain from going here after 4pm.

Sad. Not clean. No paper towels in bathroom. Bun burnt. Greasy napkins. Burger cooked to death. Cheese was a jole. Young lady at counter sullen and unfriendly. Definitely not going back.

We decided to eat in for breakfast… should have just gone thru drive thru! The facility was DIRTY! We searched for the cleanest table that we could clean w napkins and a good amount of my hand sanitizer. Even the seats needed cleaning. My husband went to the restroom and said he almost left to use the facilities at the autoparts store, as it was so horrible. The counter person seemed quite annoyed to wait on us. She pretty much barked at us! When our food came… it was mediocre, thanks to the great tater tots. The best thing about this store was the friendly patrons who were there. Cleanliness, 0; customer service 1, (we did get food); Food itself, 3 ( for sausage biscuit combo); Would I recommend, NO unless you are desperate and if so, do Drive-thru.
