Started with the deviled eggs topped with sugar bacon — absolutely phenomenal. Honestly didn’t expect them to be that good. For the main dish, I had the prime meatloaf with creamy mashed potatoes, and wow… hands down the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. So flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everything was phenomenal.
Shoutout to our waitress (if I correctly recall) Jordan — super sweet, very attentive, and incredibly helpful when it came to picking out a great dish. She made the experience even better. Definitely coming back.

Right when I had given upon eating out. I was invited to a birthday gathering, with a party of 10 to 12, right after ice storm, on a Sunday, 2/1/2026 @1pm. The service was magnificent, the food was magnificent and the atmosphere with magnificent! I cannot speak enough of the servers who did such a magnificent job, every single dime that was spent was worth it.

Beautiful Restaurant with Amazing Food. We visited for an early dinner and enjoyed delicious crab cakes and an amazing beet & goat cheese salad. We got a loaded baked potato with the crab cakes and it was probably the best we have ever had. Our server Brooke was professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was blown away by this restaurant. It was more upscale than I expected from the exterior, but the service was phenomenal, the food was superb, and the prices were reasonable. We started with the grilled artichokes which were great and a few salads and soups. I got the steak special, which I’d definitely order again. Others got the salmon, chicken milanese, and ribs. Nobody was unhappy. We also got a few desserts. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m a regular customer when visit Franklin for business since it is located close to my office, I really like this chain since It is a good option to have meetings with customers and my team in a quiet environment, their food is excellent and offers a variety of options that help to manage different cultural, religious and Vegan challenges for the group. You can go for steaks, Sushi and their Crispy Brussels. my current favorite is the sealed Tuna.

Not very good service. Sat around waiting for a Togo order for 10-15 mins despite showing up 15 mins past the time I was told to pick up. Everything was loaded with sugar. Too sweet. Quality of ingredients was questionable. Not good. Much better options around.

Was not expecting BrickTop’s to be as good as it was. Service was top notch (thanks Hannah!)! Food was tender and well made. Their ambiance was upscale and there were indoor and outdoor eating options. Overall I would definitely recommend if you are in the area you won’t be disappointed.

Always enjoy a chance to eat at Bricktops. Their staff is always attentive. A great place for a business lunch. The atmosphere allows for good conversation with a diverse menu for all palettes.
Tried the meatloaf for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Always hard to try new things because there are so many great menu items.
French onion soup is fantastic as well as the French Dip. Their fries could be a meal themselves!

Tonight we celebrated my friend’s birthday at Brick Tops and had a great time. The vibes were fun and the service made it a really nice night.
I ordered the Bristol chicken, which unfortunately was a bit tough and dry (especially for the price). When the server kindly asked if I wanted it to go, I said no thank you since it was a birthday celebration and I didn’t want to make a fuss.
On the bright side, the broccoli was amazing, and the chocolate chip cookie skillet was so good. I’ll definitely be back and will try something different next time!

If you’re over 21 and want a drink, gotta make sure you have an active physical ID or both the paper (with photo) and the old ID. The devil eggs was very creamy and it tastes perfectly with the crispy sweet bacon crunch. The fried Calamari was crunchy on the outside with light batter and chewy inside. Ask for sweet chili sauce instead and it goes well with it. The steak was moist inside and tastes good.
