Today went through the drive thru to order food. Was met with attitude and irritation by Asst Manager. At that time, I was ordering meat and 3 boxes. She stated on the mic “if you’re going to order this large of an order, you need to come inside” sarcastically, after I’ve already order 4 of these and had only one more to place and informed her of this before she made her statement. I said I’ve never had this issue before at this location and nothing is stated or posted at the drive thru. This also was very unprofessional. Another Asst. Manager got on the drive thru headset and said I’m another asst manager and yes if you want to order this much you need to come in. One said “ do you want to proceed with your order or not?” They were laughing on the headsets. I told them no, and I asked for their names and one said “Janetta” while proceeding to say have a nice day and then stopped speaking to me. I pulled up to the window and asked for names. She opened the window and said she was “Janetta”, and the other was “Shaterricka”. (Don’t quote me on the spelling). “Janetta” stated you can call my district manager and they going to tell you the same thing. Sorry, but I won’t be spending my money where people are this disrespectful and unprofessional. They both need to be fired.

Hot, fresh, and fast?? That definitely deserves all 5 stars! Service was quick and incredibly sufficient, food was some of the best Arby’s food I’ve had in a long time. 10000/10!

Wow! No meat (1 layer) on the Classic Roast Beef and cheddar, dry as all get out unless you like just a bun. We were told only 1 pack of Arby’s sauce per Classic lol and we purchased 2 Classics! Cheap CHEAP as cheap gets!
Curly fries were stale and cold! For $15.89 I feel like I was robbed at gunpoint and this is my second time back in one week with no change.
Quit robbing us please!

Little girl at the register needs to be in a new line of work. Unprofessional, rude and just plain out nasty!
Truly sad how this Arby’s is compared to others!

This Arby’s in a distressed area of town. Everything is either closed or burnt down around it. Had bad experience and they never followed through on their communications to appease me following my feedback. Below is not the only dialog. This is my 3rd response.

When you spend $38+ on new cheese steaks, double roast beef, and a couple of fries you would think you were getting something nice. At the window, noticed no fries. Handed me a couple of large fries we had to put into our bag. Got home and no horsey sauce. Cheese steaks was a soggy mess but, the double roast beef’s had good portions of meat. No horsey sauce was big issue for my wife, we asked for it specifically.

The food is always amazing, and I’m not sure what her role is, but Kia is always a very hard worker and seems to keep everybody’s energy and morale up. Whenever she’s there, it makes the experience all the more better. Every time we go, people like her give a good name to the industry.

Pretty good location as far as employees and Arby’s quality. Almost all condiments were empty, and an employee saw me struggling to get just a little sauce from dispenser after giving me the container (they were out of stock)…so barely enough sauce! Perhaps they could use more staff on hand.
One employee up front can’t handle everything all the time.

I encountered here one of the most professional, courteous and friendly employee that I have ever encountered at any restaurant. He appeared to be in his 40s or 50s and was working the register. I wish I had gotten his name. Attitude is everything and he’s got it. I hope the area manager sees this and gives him a well deserved raise. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. The ham and Swiss sandwich was great too!
