As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Did not receive all my order. Drive back to restaurant and had to fight the manager to get all my food remade since I drove home and then had to drive back to restaurant to get other sandwich that was missing. The manager makes me pull to the DoorDash side of lanes and wait behind two cars rather than making my order a priority since they messed it up. I was a manager at McDonald’s for 6 years. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT DO IT. The rudeness and callousness of the order taker was enough to not make me want to come here again let alone dealing with a manger that treats customers this poorly are sad excuses for employees just to keep the doors open. Also they replaced my mozeralla sticks with fries and wouldn’t come back to the window.

My girlfriend and I went to get dinner at about 9:40pm on 2/16, and we didn’t leave until about 10:15pm. Pulled up to the wrong window at first and drove around, no biggie. Went to the right window, and sat for about 20+ minutes before the person in front of us got their food. We pull up and waited another 10 or so minutes before someone spoke to us, asked us what order we had, and went back to collect the items. After another 10 minutes, we get handed a bag and no drinks. We ordered two shakes and one soda, and were told they had no shakes and none of the soda we ordered. They offered to replace the shakes with sodas, and only gave us the replacements. We didn’t get 3 sodas as we should have, we got 2. We were also missing an item from our bag which took another 5+ minutes to get situated. All while waiting for our food to come out we watched the car that was previously in front of us pull back into the parking lot and go through the window again. The service was astonishingly slow, items were missing, replacements were not equal to our shakes, and the service was subpar. Nothing was nice or pleasant about the service. The food was not very good either. My girlfriends chicken sandwich was not properly made as she had requested some changes, and the rest of our food was super overcooked and dry, and just not great. This is not the first time this rally’s has given us a disappointing experience, but certainly will be the last for awhile. Not worth the time or money at all, if I wanted to wait 40 minutes for my food I’d go to a sit-down restaurant where I could actually get decent service.

Absolutely the worst fast food I have ever had!! Went to driver side window to pick up an online order. Was greeted rudely and they couldn’t just hand me my order, made me drive back around and get in pass side window, which is actually laughable at their pettiness. On top of that the food was horrible!! 45 minutes and 30 dollars wasted. They made it obvious they didn’t want me to come back.

THE MOST PITIFUL STAFF EVER. Just close the place down. Long John Silvers is quicker and more accurate. And LJS takes 30 minutes and screws it all up. I remember this location being fast and correct. Not anymore. The underqualified staff cannpt even handle a drive thru with four cars. There is zero justification for spending 25 on 2 bufford combos and waiting this long. It’s beyond sad. I came here because of a promotion, the girl at the window wouldn’t validate it, said it wasn’t working. Then said there was no coke. This place isn’t going to last much longer with these idiots screwing everything up. Like I said, I’ve been to this locatiob many tines over the years. I know they can handle more and produce better. They just do not care. Shut it down. Hire new people. Or just bulldoze the building. You’ve insulted your patrons one too many times.

waited over half an hour for our food, we ordered 2 shakes and one cherry coke and was told they out of coke and shakes, refused refund for shakes and only gave us two sprites instead which don’t equal up to the amount we paid for the shakes, still missing one drink entirely didn’t want to sit and fight with the workers about it because we had already been there waiting for over 30 minutes. Original order was placed at 9:42 and we didn’t leave until 10:21. We were missing items and customizations were incorrect, we left without it being fixed because i wasn’t interested in waiting another 45 minutes, we showed up when it wasn’t busy either. I’m not interested in spending money here anymore, will not be returning We also watched another car come through for missing items as well, not sure the workers are paid enough to even care.

I’m upset they can’t get nothing right at this location giving out wrong orders of food and then when they do give you your food they got the fries chili cheese fries at that tipped over in a bag. They don’t add your toppings that you add included extra on your sandwich and want to catch an attitude because they can’t comprehend of their job. but be outside playing around then being inside, taking care of business

01/01/25 11:54pm – Service from cash register lady was horrible! She asked if I was paying by cash or card. At 1st I said card then I changed my mind and said cash. She got upset and said she already pressed card so it will take about 15 mins to switch over. She was rude and shut her window. I attempted to just give her the card instead since she made it a big deal. She was cursing and running her mouth about me and was very rude. Her manager gave her my food and I know he heard her but he said nothing to her. Smh ‍♀️ . About 15 mins later she opened the window took my cash and I said is there something wrong? You appear to be frustrated. She said no took the money and I went about my way. This is exactly why I don’t like going to that side of town. These young kids are just horrible with customer service. Then again with an attitude like that, that’s why she has the job she does and I have the job I do. Keep working for that minimum wage girl! You’ll go real far in life providing service like that.

You order online, for them to tell you when you get there “that they have to cook your order”. While fresh is nice why have on-line ordering if they don’t cook the order until you’re in line.

Just left from there and got home, half the food is not right just like the last few times. The girl at the window was flat out rude and acted like she was irritated that someone was there and she had to lift a finger. Was going to ask a question and instead of opening the window and communicating like a mature adult she refused and waved us off. Never again.

i went thru drivethru on9/28/25 at 12:29 pm. food was great service was great. BUT then i get home and find out Aisha the cashier had 2 separate charges on my card. one was what i owed 18.71. i also had a separate charge for 9.89. This is obvious theft. I called home office and they said they will take care of it. We’ll see. im not a fool you tap and get a receipt and then she tapped it again. i wont be back again how sad. i feel sorry for companies that have to employ these kind of employees because it destroys their business. they dont need more money they need morals. CALLED 800 NUMBER AGAIN as requested by owner below and they had record of complaint so i guess thats the end of that. not expecting much to happen from here. FINAL EDIT. IWAS NEVER CONTACTED AFTER CONTACTING THEM TWICE. FOR ALL I KNOW THE EMPLOYEE WHO TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME IS STILL WORKING THERE. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. DONT EXPECT ANSWER BACK FROM THIS BUSINESS. OWNER IS NO BETTER THAN THE EMPLOYEE MENTIONED!!!!
