I can’t say enough about this place. Someone told me that they had changed owners or had repackage themselves so I gave it a try because I had not been in for years quite frankly it was not good. Now I know most of the staff .Anthony at the pick up and go window is always prompt respectful very sweet guy, if you sit down and eat, Sharon has waited on me several times , she never forgets anything, always remembers me . She takes good care of you. The manager Amy is amazing!! You feel like your family walking in there. She’s funny, respectful, very attentive to everyone while being professional she made me feel very comfortable, and I have loved everything that I have ordered since I started going back in there. I go in there for apple pie three times a week, because it is delicious . I just got a piece of strawberry cheesecake last night that was to die for The seafood sampler platter. Everything was perfect. I just can’t say enough about this new staff and Food at O’Charley‘s now! If you were like me and we’re like no way when somebody suggested O’Charley’s in the past, I would say go give it another try it’ll be one of your favorites. I promise!

We went to O’Charley’s on Valentine’s Day without a reservation, and as expected, the place was packed with a long waitlist. Fortunately, we were given the option to sit at the bar with no wait, so we took it.

Service started off a little rocky, but the manager quickly stepped in and turned things around in a positive way. From there, everything was smooth sailing. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

The food was fantastic! The rolls were hands down the best I’ve ever had, and for a chain restaurant, the prime rib was surprisingly tender and full of flavor. The meal prices were reasonable, and the happy hour drinks were a great deal.

Overall, it was a great experience. Hats off to the entire staff—we’ll definitely be visiting again!

Jonathon the new manager is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have never had such a great experience here until now. I seen a Facebook post and decided to try it out… DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP! The food is great, the servers are wonderful, the atmosphere is awesome! You will not be disappointed. Ask for Carly to be your server if she’s in! She is also such a sweetheart

I had a great waitress her name was Haley. I asked her questions on what food was good to try because they recently got new menus. Too many choices to choose from. I wound up with the steak nachos. They were lack luster. My first plate she instantly recognized they were skimpy especially after she hyped them up. She had the manager Jonathan come to our table to see for his self. I told him I was disappointed and he snatched that plate so fast to correct the issue, even I was shocked. He brought them back fuller and cheesier. They were good but some chips tasted like old grease. They did both assure me the grease had been changed, but I wasn’t the only patron that had weird after tasting chips. She said they were throwing those chips out. I appreciate her transparency and Jonathan being willing to rectify the problem. Though my food disappointed me the service was excellent and that means a lot and goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the new menu items.

Waitress warned us when we arrived they were backed up in the kitchen and it might be a long wait. I thought she did an excellent job, the food came out in a timely manner and it tasted great. We had the blackened salmon dinner and the battered shrimp dinner. My only complaints would be the potatoes in our loaded potato soup – a little under cooked and a lot lacking (in my bowl I only had 3 small pieces) and I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the restroom.
Overall we had a good time, good food and a great waitress. Thank you for a nice dinner after a long day of traveling.

Service was absolutely horrible. Had to ask for silverware, refills if we saw the waitress! Asked to speak to the manager and was told they were understaffed and he had been in the kitchen and hadn’t been doing his job, stated he didn’t know what to say but they’d do there best.
Come on if you’re the manager and you’re understaffed who’s responsible for that, if your customers are not getting service in a service industry what does that say about your ability to do your job?
Our family loves eating here but you really have to get the right server or it’s going to be a bad experience!

This restaurant is on its last leg. It is inefficiently ran, dirty, poorly managed, and above all its just bad. The food, the decor, the hospitality, all of it. They have had some bright moments in the past, but as of late, you can tell the 4 cars in the parking lot either belong to the employees, or they are patrons walking next door to a packed Longhorn steakhouse.

It takes 2 minutes to see that the vast majority of positive reviews include people who are no longer even employed by this company. Everything else mentions bad customer service and horrible cleaning standards.

The steaks are so cheap. So chewy. Charging extra for a couple pieces of onion, tomato, or even a little extra cheese. It is like they want customers to leave. You know a business is hurting when they have to charge for those tiny things.

Employees consistently outside smoking by their little to go door. It’s embarrassing. Are they not working? The parking lot is littered with trash. The landscaping is awful and the building leaks. Try sitting at a table and watch water fall on your plate.

I will never be back. You could hand me a gift card for $500 and I would trash it.

Put this lame horse out of its misery.

Haven’t been to O’Charley’s in some time last time we went it wasn’t great. I got a gift card from work so we figured why not try again. The food was okay but it’s changed a lot. My husband use to love getting the loaded potato soup but hasn’t gotten since it’s recipe changed . He ordered the burger with chicken tenders and fries

We didn’t see a lot of people here on a Saturday 6 pm for the dinner rush so it was concerning when we came in. It took awhile to get our order so it must be limited staffed. I got my chicken pasta and it was good. No bread but it was fine.
