Our first experience here was mid. It was a slow time cause we were there at early dinner. Our server was nice and the food was brought out in a timely manner.
I thought the crab cakes would be more cake like, but they were more like crab balls
The beef tips over rice were interesting because the sauce was sweet. I prefer the salty. The pickled beets had an Italian vinaigrette dressing which was pretty good. The collard greens were okay.
Overall it was alright but I’m hoping the pastas or sandwiches will be more outstanding!

We got here and ordered. We waited 15 mins just to get our drinks. My daughters chicken tenders and fries came out and she ate and we kept getting told that my husband, my other daughter, and my food would be right out well it wasn’t
Never ever again
No excuses
People came and left and nothing
I mean we ordered salads and a burger
Definitely cater to the regulars

My wife and I met our son and his girlfriend here for a Saturday night dinner. Having read the reviews, and also being fans of both Greek & Italian food, we arrived with high hopes. The server was competent but not very friendly or helpful. The cheese fries appetizer was quite good; the Greek sampler was fair. The house salad is shredded lettuce with a couple of cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices;the house Italian dressing is a nice, mild Italian vinaigrette.
Our entrées were okay but nothing fantastic. The cheese ravioli was probably the best choice. My marinated chicken breast was well cooked, but both its plating and rice pilaf left a lot to be desired. For what you pay to eat out, things should be a bit better overall.
The house red wine (they also have a white) was a good value, and the half carafe was a fitting size for two people. A waiting line formed around 6 pm, so you may have to wait a while if you don’t go early.

This once great Greensboro institution has certainly lacked. Visited for the first time in a couple years and was greeted with a very great waiter who served us promptly and was excellent and his work. The food quality however has taken a dive. Ordered the fresh ravioli for $15.95 and was served a underwhelming kids meal portion of 4 ravioli. Definitely an underwhelming experience that was a disappointment. The food was alright. Not what I remember, Service was good.

Tried to throw a baby shower for my sister who has worked here for years and all was fine at first, no one said anything about needing to order individual plates. I went to do a catering order and the owner, Stefano, said it had to be to-go and that if no one ordered food we would be charged for using the back room. I could understand if that would’ve been explained up front but I spoke to three different people and no one ever said anything about needing to order individual plates or charging an astronomical amount for using the back room for 2 hours. Do not recommend.

Don’t normally write a review… but we have been long time customers and most of the time the food and service is great. We ordered take out tonight and we were sorely disappointed… the lettuce in our salad was brown; we ordered the manicotti which is normally awesome… tonight the cheese was a clump in the noodle and I actually thought a cheese stick had been inserted in the noodle, rolled up and baked… sauce was very minimal and the meal was very dry. We ordered the potato munchers and those were good… this meal was definitely not what we were expecting from your restaurant.

We were in town for a couple of hours and very hungry. We found this and enjoyed the food so much. Two of us enjoyed fettuccine with broccoli and our other friend had eggplant parm with spaghetti. We all loved our choices.

Pavillion Restaurant is a main stay must experience in Greensboro. Dining at Pavillion for years. Original owners would be proud. Most food is cooked to order. Grilled chicken breast is, hands down, the best in Greensboro- very moist yet thoughly cooked outside. Desserts are fabulous! Everything is delicious. Waitstaff are pleasant & quick. Will return next month for family get together.

The Food was decent, tho the steak was overcooked. The drinks were less than. The service was mediocre. Our server was wearing way too much perfume. A person waiting tables should be more aware of the fact that doing so, can severely impede a guest’s ability to enjoy the meal. I will not be returning

This is the best restaurant in the city! Yes, this is a bold statement, but I have been dining here every week since 1992 and I’ve never had a bad meal, ever. When you dine at the Pavilion restaurant, you’re guaranteed a fantastic experience. Homemade Greek, Italian and American dishes cooked fresh to order. My recommendations, prime rib on Friday and Saturday, Greek pork tips, Flatiron steak, Greek Style broiled chicken, Sautéed Chicken Cacciatore, Chicken Picatta, Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs (the meatballs are homemade!), Chicken Parmesan, Flaming Shish Kabob, and Veal Parmesan just to name a few. Also, the homemade meat sauce will knock your socks off. The waitstaff is very professional and courteous. Try the Pavilion restaurant, you’ll become a regular diner there. For me, it’s a privilege to sit down to have a meal in this restaurant.
