I purchased three pieces of chicken from KFC today and a chicken pot pie when I got home and looked at my chicken. I was like what the hell is this they gave me three legs is bruise looks Black and a chicken pot pie it’s not the best because it sits under the heat and it dries it out and I ask the cashier do not give me a dry chicken pot pie this is crazy. Tried calling they won’t answer the telephone when you call to report this. Why do I have to go online? Don’t you have a manager? I don’t know what this place is doing, but please stop giving people bruises meat. That’s disgusting. I don’t want any more food from KFC. I just want my money back. I’m good. if I could, I will give you a zero for your food.

I walked in to grab some food. Everything look clean and the staff was friendly and my food was I haven’t had KFC since I was a kid, definitely a nostalgic moment. The best part? It tastes just like I remember and they biscuit . Thanks guys!

It’s nice to see upon the entry, the cleanliness of anywhere you may go to eat. I’m always impressed with this KFC, because of there dining area being spotless. The front dining area tells you alot about the food prep area, and when the front is so clean as here, rest assured the food area is as well. The sweet tea containers even are marked as to the time they are to be refilled. Many condiments that you may want are available without having.to ask. Buffet is temporarily closed due to Covid, but the drive thru service moves fast. They offer high chairs for children, and tables wiped clean and sanitized after use.
The food is always fresh, very tasty, and hot. My favorite is the pot pies. Delicious…
I also liked how the manager, Julie Ellis, had everyone working in unison and as a team which is rare for “fast food” establishments nowadays.

The manager was very accommodating when it took longer to make our meal. She was very nice and kept us up to date the employees were sweet helpful and attentive. The store was clean and it smelled good not just food but a smelled clean

On 12 August 2025 I go to this KFC on Chatham Pkwy near 17/oheechee rd to order a Famous Bowl(a bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, cheese, and chicken) combo with NO cheese. EXTRA gravy. It sucks that I got home to find that I don’t even have standard gravy, let alone EXTRA gravy. When I go back to KFC to the indoor counter and showed the EXTRA DRY bowl, the young lady gave me a small clear bowl of gravy. Unfortunately this bowl of gravy wasn’t even half way full. Seemed to be barely the standard amount of gravy. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING, especially when you’ve been set on that meal for that moment.
