What can I say. The food presented well when it came to the table. It was a good wait (20min) but probably cause we came early and I decided to order the Trio. Fettucini probably was the most bland tasting I have ever had at any Italian restaurant and probably cause I usually make this myself. So let’s take a moment and talk about the staff, the male waiter who served us was good, checked up frequently and filled my iced tea twice. However the blonde server was total polar opposite was not welcoming asked how many items were we taking home, asked for three al to go our pizza lasagna and garlic bread. She came back put it on the table and walked away no her you go, just dump and run as if we had the plague. Our male server came by to drop off our receipt where I placed my card. About 10min goes by and Ms Personality says “are you done” I just replied yes. At this point being from the industry we usually start our tip practice at 30% however 12% is what they got from us during our visit, yeah it maybe generous but when you manage restaurants you wonder why she is employed and it’s usually isolated to that one individual and not reflective of the rest of the team. For this we will not come back or cater from them ever. Hopefully someone in management will identify and provide some feedback as one person can affect the entire team. On a side note the pizza in the box is the Togo pizza box she gave us after I said I don’t think it will fit, she said it’s not a large. Bad service we fold the edges to make it fit in the box to take home. To the young blonde server I hope this message gets through to you as I’m thinking you’re just having a bad day today!

Puttanesca to go with penne. I got penne but if you choose penne the dish has to be baked. I’ll add a pic. The baked penne puttanesca was so spicy that we couldn’t eat it. Just the heat of crushed red peppers and no other flavors. Where are the flavor of olives, garlic, capers, and anchovies?? Not to be found.

A Visalia Treasure! Not exactly my favorite kind of food but it is my wifes and she loves Rosas. Let me tell you, even though it’s not my favorite kind of food, they made a darn good Calzone! If you know what you like and order correctly, I recommend Rosas!

Stumbled across this little place while staying in town before our visit to Sequoia National Park. The outside is far from fancy but the experience we had inside was fantastic. The staff was awesome, the inside was cozy, and the food was great! My son had a pizza, so so good! I had spaghetti and salad and both were great. Would go again without question.

The portions of the food are absolutely incredible! The food was brought out in a timely fashion. The flavor profiles were incredible. The pesto might have been made that day. When passing through Visalia this is the place to stop and indulge in large fresh servings.

I was a bit disappointed, the food is always so good! I had no complaints, BUT the place was disgusting, food on the floors, left over food on the tables which were sitting for two hours while our party was there, mind you the restaurant was empty, silverware was dirty, and when i noticed the bathroom it looked like they haven’t cleaned it in months… I will say this place has went down hill when it comes to cleanliness and I will not be coming back until that improves, I was really disappointed and it killed my appetite.

This establishment provides an exceptional culinary experience. We sampled the lasagna, chicken Caesar salad, and salmon picatta. For takeout, we also ordered a pizza. The prices are reasonable for Italian cuisine, and the staff is very friendly. Our waiter, A. J., answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our table. I will definitely return here.

Very fancy and cozy place to eat! Food and service was great! There was a bit of a wait but fresh bread and butter was provided and food was served hot and fresh. Portions were pretty big as well. Can’t remember the name of the guy who serviced our table but he said he was the one that makes the tiramisu. He he was very attentive and just a very cheerful dude . Overall 10/10 place

It’s a really good place went out with five people. Our vote were 3,5,4,5,5 so they got a average of 4.4 so four stars. That aside the food tastes good and I liked the venue with the dim lights and great waiters! Very friendly and nice!! The food was a lot bigger than I anticipated and couldn’t finish it! Overall it was a great experience!
Definitely would recommend.
