We stopped at this Fazoli’s as we were headed back home from Chicago. I haven’t gotten to eat at one in years because there’s not any near me. The food was amazing and came out so quick! All of my kids loved the food. The 2 ladies that were working behind the counter were so sweet and great.

The place was super nasty. Trash overflowing in the lobby AND bathroom. Dishes overflowing. Workers didn’t give out anymore breadsticks besides 4. The food wasn’t good. Baked spaghetti was just spaghetti with barely any melted cheese. My daughter didn’t finish her food it was gross.

The counter “lady” was very snappish! She doesn’t like people repeating a special request to make sure it gets entered.

When they brought out my family’s food, mine was missing… they said it would be right out. I waited for quite awhile and then went up to the counter to ask for bread sticks and to check on my dinner. They still hadn’t made it. They brought the bread sticks out and apologized, but still no dinner for me. A little while later I have to go up again to ask about my food and more bread sticks, because apparently they don’t come around and offer them anymore, or check on their customers… you know the people who are the only reason that they are getting paid. My dinner finally came out after my entire family was done eating. I used to like this place.

One star the food was good and hot , but I was looking for discounts. Paying 50 dollars for four people is too expensive. And the girl who took my order didn’t care if I was saving money or not . She told me that I was not a senior ok you don’t know my age and I was looking to save money. I will not be returning anytime soon .

Visited Fazoli’s on St Rd 26 in Lafayette, IN on 12/17/23. FILTHY! Floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a VERY long time. Trash piled high at the waste can counter. We were told their sub sandwiches aren’t available on the weekends. Girl came around with breadsticks (once) but we were told we couldn’t have any because our food hadn’t came yet. Terrible experience for my family! Too bad, this place with its location could really do a good business if it wasn’t so poorly managed. Won’t be back!

We ate well. The store was under staffed by 1 or 2.
The staff took really good care of my family and I.
The music was great from the ceiling. We sang along as we ate. Family karaoke was fun. Sometimes we hear the crew singing also. Great that they love their work. We will be back.

Gross. Waited at the abandoned counter for a while and was finally greeted by a guy emerging from the back while pulling his pants up who looked surprised to see me there. While I was paying another person emerged from the back to which the first guy announced if he could help me because he needed to “go to the bathroom BAD!” He ditched the computer and walked away. Everyone else in the kitchen was on their phones sharing loud stories. Will not be back. At least not without an antibiotic.

I ALWAYS have a good experience at this store on my lunch breaks. The people there are warm and friendly and the food is reasonably priced for what you get. I love the gluten free option as I can’t eat pasta otherwise. Thanks!
