We were there about 2 hours before closing and it was dead. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly. She also did not come back for refills or to check on anything. We waited very long after we were done before she came to take our payment. There seemed to be a lot of staff working and very few customers but everyone was more focused on cleaning before closing than taking care of us.

Bourbon shrimp and chicken was disgusting. So much oil it looked like soup. I had to pat down chicken from so much oil. The waitress looked right at me 2 times trying to eat chicken from napkin didn’t even offer plate. Understand server’s are short but service TERRIBLE

We love Applebee’s. We came there yesterday. I ordered the impossible burger and my wife ordered the American burger. I was given the wrong burger. I said something to out waitress and she said I had the right one. Sorry, she was wrong. We’ll be back. Mine was a very thin burger and the wife’s was very thick.

All 3 dishes were soooo peppery/ spicy they were impossible to eat. I had even requested the ” sauce” not be added to the sandwich.
All 3 dishes tasted the same because the only taste they all had was too much pepper.

Went for dinner and sat at the bar. Honestly I thought the gentleman working the bar Mykhal was the manager because he was running his butt off delivering food to sections as well as drinks. There would occasionally be a different guy that would come up the bar and look at the score on the screen but never saw him do anything and wasn’t wearing a name tag. Didn’t figure out till the end that the guy doing nothing to help the overwhelmed staff was supposed to be the manager when he came out of the back and delivered a single plate of food the entire time I was there. Very disappointing. In any case Mykhal did a great job with service even though he was really busy. Food wasn’t the best I have had from Applebees grilled chicken was a little burnt.

Ordered to go and received no cutlery. Apparently these people eat with their hands or out of dog Bowls. Complained to the manager who tried to blame me then hung up on me like a little girl. (I wasn’t being nice.) never again Apple bees . Food sucked too.

The food and service at this Applebee’s was good, but nothing spectacular – but it was also fairly inexpensive. You get what you would expect from a typical chain restaurant at this place. The dining area was clean, and the restrooms were pretty clean, too.
