I’m giving Rosamunde’s 5 all around because of their excellent Merguez. So tired of these places that say they have Merguez and then you find out it’s beef or beef/lamb. The sauerkraut is authentic, the beans are very delicious and the staff is, to say the least, very chill. If beer is your thing, you will be happy here. They also have all the cane sugar sodas as well. The only criticism I would have is that, in my opinion, the German potato salad is too vinegary.

Friendly service. Ordered at the bar and given a number and food brought to us. There were tables inside and outside. Pretzel sticks were soft. Chicken wings had good spice. Boar sausage was good. Peppers were hot.

Super solid ( Thin, not huge portion ) of Schnitzel
Diverse craft beer selection
$18 for a 1 sausage platter great beer selection. The knockwurst(beef) sausage is solid. The specialty ketchups, mustards and other sauces really make the meals.
Beer and sausage platter $28 total. Not bad in SF these days for quality food and great beer

Everything was good ! The beer selection is excellent. The sausages are very tasty and the sides are good too (sauerkraut, beans, Brussels sprouts, lentil salad, green salad) The schnitzel was very good (kind of Jägerschnitzel). We’ll be back.

Good place to enjoy a sausage and a beer in the Mission. We visited on a Saturday morning right when they opened. The sausages can be prepared grilled or on a bun and are homemade, nitrate free and meat is free range. My son ordered the cheeseburger and he ate everything. I ordered the duo board with the Mission Street knock wurst and the hot Italian sausage with french fries, the place offers Beyond meat sausages for the vegetarian customers. They offer happy hour specials and there is plenty seating outside. Good vibes and hip place.

Food was good I had the Currywurst which in my opinion lacked the curry taste. It was just a sausage with curry powder on top of it so the taste got masked by the flavors of the side toppings. I believe the sausage to fries ratio could have been better for the price point. Outdoors seating is nice but does get crowded weeknights and on game days. Great beer on tap from what I heard (I don’t drink).

The food was excellent. I got the beer wurst and andouille paired with sauerkraut, beans, and potatoes. Everything was excellent. I also liked the 6 sauces you could choose from. Everything was also a great value as my bill only came to $24 with tax. They also have great beer. Overall I highly recommend coming here for German food and beer.

I wanted a quality hot dog and found this place by my work through Google maps . Got the Knockwurst with a pilsner and i could not be more happier to choose this place! The person serving me was awesome and the place was relaxing to kick back and enjoy my hotdog/sausage and beer. This place is conveniently right near the 24th mission BART.

Real German here ! I can certify that their dishes are tasty and pretty authentic. 🙂 We got Currywurst, Bratwurst and Käsespätzle. They were all well-made, albeit a bit less flavorful than I’m used to from home. Loved the fries and kartoffelsalat especially. I maybe wouldn’t get the Spätzle again, they lacked a bit of crisp and seasoning, but that may be up to preference. All in all a successful visit in a cozy rustic atmosphere ! Would advise all Germans to check this out.
Restrooms available, have a code lock but usually left open.

Beyond Italian sausage hot dog with jalapeño relish and pickled onions is my favorite option here.
Smoked hot beer hot dog with sauerkraut and grilled onions for my partner.
We like to get here for happy hour (3pm-5pm)
The combo includes a hot dog with choice of side but I love French fries so that’s what I go for.
Their beer is half price during happy hour.
