Are the workers here incompetent? I ordered delivery via grubhub. First off, none of the items in my bag are what I asked for. Secondly, on the first bite I took of what I was hoping would be one of the burritos I ordered, I had a terrible taste in my mouth, looked in the burrito, and it was obvious a portion of the beef was severely undercooked and pink (see photo). Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

This Taco Bell location in The Woodlands will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Last year, my husband and I were celebrating a milestone in our relationship – our anniversary of being together for a very long time. This year marks our 21st anniversary, and as much as we love fine dining and fancy celebrations, my husband surprised me with the most unexpected, yet incredibly meaningful, romantic date at Taco Bell.
You might be wondering how Taco Bell could be a romantic spot, but for us, it’s so much more than just fast food. When we were teenagers, we didn’t have much money, but we had each other and Taco Bell. Burritos were only 89 cents back then, and it was all we could afford. We shared those burritos together, creating memories that shaped who we are today. To celebrate our journey, my husband worked with the team at Taco Bell and they helped him create the perfect surprise.
When I walked in, I was taken aback by the sweet setup — candles, flowers, and the warm atmosphere that was made just for us. I had no idea what he was planning, but the staff were incredibly kind and helped him make the night perfect. The server went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up just right, making it such a magical evening. It truly felt like a fairy tale moment, and the fact that it took place at Taco Bell made it even more special.
I’ve been to many Taco Bells in my life, but this one stands out for the top-notch customer service and for creating an unforgettable night for us. If you’re ever looking for a late-night snack, this is the Taco Bell to visit. But more than just a snack stop, this location will always be a place that holds so many cherished memories for us.
While we traditionally enjoy fine dining for special occasions, this night will go down in history as one of my absolute favorite dates. Thank you to Taco Bell in The Woodlands for helping my husband pull off such a beautiful surprise, and thank you for helping us relive such an important part of our story. While eating there late at night with my wife. A worker named ANDREW was keeping busy the whole time. He cleaned the restroom, the dining room, straightened the condiment counter. I asked his name. I told him he is a really good worker. He thanked me. Seemed like a really nice guy. Great job Andrew.

Tell me why 2 of the 3 of us didn’t get what we paid for?? Paid for 2 taco supreme got 2 regular that were cold and stuck to the paper.
My other employee paid for a chili cheese burrito, got a bean and cheese burrito. Someone just literally grabbed whatever they wanted and threw in the bag.
It’s not super cheap anymore so not cool to be cheated out of what you pay for.

A very quiet place to have lunch. I dined in as I had some work to do on my computer. The only thing was a random lady that walked in half stumbling like she had a long night. She walked in with her hair straightener. About 10 minutes later she walked out like she had washed her hair and then walked out across the street, never even bothering to purchase anything.

The drive-thru used AI to take my order, and it honestly felt really awkward and impersonal — like I wasn’t even talking to a real person. The order showed correctly on the screen, but I ended up getting a diet drink or Pepsi instead of the Dr Pepper I ordered. I had to loop back through to get it fixed. They did replace it and even gave me a large, which I appreciated, but overall it just felt strange and disconnected from what used to be a friendly drive-thru experience.

The oil used to fry the crispy cantina chicken was rancid and bad tasting, we ended up throwing the drive thru order. Either the oil was reused many times and had to be thrown or the grills need to be cleaned!

Cheated us out of food yet again…left food out of order and refuses to refund money. Every other place can reverse charge but this place refuses. Mistakes happen but you should own up to them and not defraud the customer.
