Not the best I ordered a Baja chicken wrap and this is what I got like why is the chicken so small and whoever is wrapping them needs to do better. There is barely any lettuce or tomatoes. Not sure if I will come back because I have had better wraps before.

The server named Rosa tried to argue with me about the shushes. I wanted the real fruit shush not that fake sugar syrup. And she still ended up trying to give me the fake syrup. The real fruit shush aren’t neon green. She came out to the car and was very rude and telling me I’m wrong. I had to go knock on the door for them to fix it. Rosa is a very rude worker, I asked for someone else to assist me and she still came to my car and was very rude. Thank god for the younger workers who fixed it. I won’t be back.

More than a month in and the manager refuses to refund me for their mistake on missing items in drive-thru. The team is lazy, the manager has been contacted 5 times in 34 days to resolve an issue and nobody is willing to do what’s right. If you can’t go to better restaurants or other locations, check your bag every time because this location doesn’t care about you AT ALL. 7 seconds to take your money, never get it back for a mistake THEY made.

The staff working that day gave me a lid for my drink that was used on another drink. I’m a germophobe so I dislike that very much. Haven’t had Sonic in years so I decided to give it a try but I’m not going back for another few years because of that.

The young lady Dary who works the car hop everytime I come is so professional,approachable,sweet and willing to believe the best experience for you. She even remembered my drink combo and assisted when asked for help. She goes above and beyond to make sure she takes care of you and your order. Sonic needs more people like this young lady. Who serves each and every customer with care.I could on and on about how she helped me when Sonic changed the way you or the half price drinks. She did have to do that but she did.
