Only 3 for service because I had to use the kiosk to order. Out Wed at 10:45pm, only place open to use the restroom and wash my hands. This is the location on Ft Henry by Ingles. The restroom was very clean. My order was ready in 2 minutes. The order was correct and the food was all hot and fresh! Exceptional!

Just left this taco bell. No front counter person . Had a lot of difficulties with self service menu . No one to help . Asked for help first thing that can out of this young man’s mouth was do not step around the counter . I wasn’t even near the back of the counter . I stated I’m not i need help !!! . Another young lady said get back here don’t help them .. he never said a single word after that laughed turned around and lady . As we were going out the door a
older lady said she would help us . The young man was still laughing and the young lady turned her head away from us . Alot more but you get the point . Store very dirty plus food not the best

I ordered chips with cheese and a large Dr Pepper, they were out of Dr Pepper so I got a Baja blast. I got my bag and pulled away and they didn’t even out chips in it. It was a single cup of cheese and 2 napkins. My Baja blast was wonderful though

Just made it home from grabbing food at this location. So 1st off I ordered a deluxe nacho fry box and a plain beef soft taco on the side that I was planning on giving to my dog later.. Before I even pulled up I noticed that my fries were cold so I had to pull back around to have that fixed, & was told there would be a 4min wait on the fries. Which isn’t a problem but when I asked if she could take my order back and simply redo everything I was told no they won’t do that. So now I have fresh fries and cold food SMH. Cool whatever really not in the mood to argue at this time of night especially after just getting off work. Now I get home with warm fries and cold food and noticed that my soft taco is not plain so again SMH. Definitely going to be in touch about having a refund because that’s ridiculous. On top of everything else I requested a beef chalupa and of course they messed that up as well and gave me chicken
