The food was ok. The Alfredo was not very cheesy and needed some garlic. Very mid. But the worst part about this visit was the service. Both of the people that served us were not very welcoming and definitely should not be working in customer service. They would throw the food down on the table and got upset when they made an extra salad we did not order. Also, they tried to charge us for a cup of water. When they would serve the food they would put their fingers in the food. Overall, terrible experience! Food was good but need to do some more hiring for better servers.

Pleasantly surprised when we came upon this location when going to families house. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. And those breadsticks…so good! Great customer service as well. We have always enjoyed Fazoli’s but now that they took them out of our area we usually only have it when traveling. Please bring back across the river to Ohio, specifically Clermont County.

Good place to get fast food that’s normal a hamburger. I love Italian food and I like it alright. Not fine dinning but good for a fast lunch or dinner for the whole family. Prices are not too high like everyone else’s in town.

Probably the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. Just awful. I can’t speak for everything they serve but what we ordered was terrible. Advice: learn how to make a healthy salad with fresh greens and healthy dressing, use real spaghetti not some cheap substitute that lumps together, don’t offer tomatoes in your pasta and only add cherry tomatoes, learn how to cook a meatball, not some marble sized hard dough ball, go to NYC and see how they make real pizza from scratch, not this frozen pizza-like substitute. You can salvage this business if you care enough.

I made an order at 5:21 pm. It’s a 28 mile drive there. Decided to go to use a bogo baked spaghetti offer. At 5:45 I made another order for a sampler platter. I arrived to find the sampler platter and nothing else. I showed them the email receipt for the first order and they said there was nothing they could do because they didn’t see the order. I couldn’t reorder because the first order was pending with my bogo offer. I asked them to cancel the sampler meal and refund me since they wouldn’t make the first order with my email receipt. They said I have to contact corporate to get a refund. When I leave I see I have an email timed at 6:03 42 minutes after my order saying there was a transmission issue with the first order. The local manager didn’t care and didn’t want to make my food or give me a refund for the other order. I can’t feed a family with 1 out of 3 meals. I emailed customer service and God knows if I will get a refund. I foresee doing a credit card dispute in the near future. You would think they would see I made a legit order and make the food and keep a customer. There is not enough price difference between Fazoli’s and Olive Garden to justify remaining a customer. Update: The manager reached out to me, apologized, and is processing the refund.

The food is good; you can get as many breadsticks as you want when you eat inside. The quality of their breadsticks has gone down lately. Do not forget to join their rewards program and get some rewards if you eat there frequently.

Place was dirty, the lasagna that tasted like warmed up stouffers with no cheese on top. I asked if I paid extra can I have cheese on top. The lady in back who was microwaving everything said no and proceeded to argue about it. Told her I offered to pay for it and she continued to say not to order the lasagna again! No worries because the food was crap anyway! Update: love the standard reply from the “owner”…with all the one star reviews you would think someone would do something because this will be the next place to shut down.

I love the breadsticks! They are always hot and soft. I also get the spicy Italian sausage with penne pasta. The spice is a nice heat. Fast and friendly service!

I’m assuming this restaurant is short staffed as most are these days.
There were dirty tables everywhere.
I also thought it odd that the outside signs were not turned on.
It wasn’t 8 p.m. yet and because the signs weren’t lit, we weren’t sure the store was open.
But, as usual the food was great. Fazoli’s has good food and at a good value
