Heidy was very helpful! As soon as I walked In she helped me place my order. Very quick and easy. Very friendly. I decided to sit in and enjoy my breakfast. Even tho, it was morning time and it was full of students, very fast service. Everyone was super friendly. I witness Heidy going above and beyond while working in the lobby for customers. Excellent work girl!

I asked for an apple pie around 10 PM and I eat my food first and I said I might eat my apple pie then and tell me why they didn’t even bother to warm up the apple pie and the service is shitty. There’s a girl there working and she gives you attitude. If you go around the night please tell them to warm up your food. You’re gonna have the same experience as me happy Halloween.

I put a star to the attitude of the manager of this Macdonald a very bad attitude he had no people and as soon as he saw me he said you should use the Kiosk but not friendly at all he said it with a bad attitude then two more colored customers came in and there if he said nothing about making the orders at the Kiosk, as a manager he must be kind respectful and give good customer service, my 10-year-old son was with me and out of respect for my son I did not answer him as I would have liked but I hope the corporations find out and give him feedback on how to give good customer service.

I ordered online for curbside, and I waited for almost 20min, I called the store and who ever answered told me to go inside and get my order, that’s the reason I ordered online on total I waited there for 31 min exactly!
