I have been drinking coffee here every day for the past 7 years. This is my first time writing a review. I drink the same coffee every day. I order ice for my coffee. You guys always forget to add ice for me. Every time I say so, the staff is always happy to add ice for me. Almost all the staff here know me and I know them. Today I encountered a staff member with an extremely bad attitude that I cannot accept. I ordered ice for my coffee. I asked for ice, but he had a contemptuous attitude towards customers. And I repeat, it is your fault for forgetting to add ice for me, not mine.

Super sad to see that management is ok with stocking out of things online so that people have to come inside to order something as simple as cold foam. This is the 7th time we’ve come here and all of the cold foam options are not available online but once we go inside they have no problem making it. Every single frappe is “sold out” online. All of the sauces are “sold out”. Hopefully management sees the error of their ways and will put everything back on the menu like normal. It’s freezing cold outside and I shouldn’t have to get out of my car to place an order.

What changed between now and 5 months ago for this store to have 4 “5s” out of 19 rating’s? When someone walks in with no one else in line, at least a “we’ll be with you in a minute” would be decent customer service. I got crickets. I’m not knocking the ladies that work there. They seemed stressed out. Makes you wonder if management changed, or maybe their turn over is that high. I left after feeling like a ghost for 5 minutes.

Absolutely terrible service. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time because I was coming from about 20 minutes away and had an appointment to get to. When I arrived, the lobby was closed, and even though my drink was already made and sitting at the pickup counter, I was not allowed to go inside to grab it. Instead, I was forced to wait in a drive-thru line with seven cars, despite already having paid for my order. This Starbucks frequently runs out of flavors and consistently has extremely slow service, but this experience truly topped off the poor customer service they regularly display.

Dear Starbucks Team,
I just wanted to personally thank you for the unexpected opportunity to reflect on my life choices while sitting in your drive-thru behind three cars that apparently ordered beverages for an entire zip code.
When I pulled in, I was a younger, more hopeful version of myself. By the time I reached the window, I had aged emotionally at least seven years and achieved a new level of spiritual enlightenment.
All jokes aside, this seems to happen every time. Three cars should not feel like a full deployment cycle. At some point, it might be worth figuring out the flow because the wait times are getting a little ridiculous.

The people are super nice. Everything is great. The drive-thru is incredibly slow and frustrating. It takes on average 25 minutes to get your order. In the meantime. You’re just stuck in the line with angry people behind you. I have no idea what the holdup is on the drive-thru. I know they’re busy but it seems to be the norm.

When picking up my order, the barista who handed me my drink at the drive-thru told me how to order my matcha. I ordered two cold foams to have mixed together, she told me to add extra of the one next time because at that point I’m just wasting money before proceeding to hand me my drink. I understand she may have been trying to be helpful, however, I feel as though it isn’t her place to tell me how to order my own drink and tell me it is practically a waste of money.
The drink and my food were made correctly and tasted great. Usually I have no issues at this location, this experience was just not professional and left me in awe.

I went to this Starbucks location, drive through took 30+ mins, I ordered two drinks. I received both drinks incorrectly made. I called the store with the correction, as I didn’t want to hold up the rest of the drive through. I was given 2 (two) $4 off your next drink cards. I tried to use the cards, and they did not work/were not “loaded”. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve been in. Washroom was filthy, your poor staff were clearly stressed, the line of customers were out the door and my simple order for a decaf coffee was wrong. The girl on the till (not her fault) was not trained and overcharged. She asked for help but the two other girls were too busy. Then you ask for a tip! Get more staff and pay them a good wage

What is with this place? I’ve been to 100s of Starbucks locations globally and I’ve never had issues to include at Starbucks throughout the Middle East.
I have been stopping at this location a couple of times a week and the slow speed, the mistakes, the baristas standing around talking with long lines….
Today there were 5 cars in front of me at the drive thru, I ordered two simple drinks (black americano and a machiatto) and a sandwich. It took 34 minutes after placing my order and the food was refrigerator cold.
Definitely an outlier of Starbucks locations and worst in the world for me. Figured I would leave a review and then figure out somewhere else to get coffee along my route.
