It’s 930am their doors aren’t open. It’s clearly stated on their front door that their lobby opens at 9am. They’re employees are by the front counter, they just looked at me like I was stupid for trying to come in. I tried to get their attention and to come to the door to see what was going on and they laughed and then went towards the back of store.

This is what your floor looks like right away in the morning. All the tables were sticky and the staff was doing absolutely nothing. That floor and trashcan havent been cleaned in over a week ,easily.

Zero stars. Picking up a Doordash order at 9 pm and they locked the doors and wouldn’t let me pick up the bad of food sitting right there on the counter ready to go. There were several people eating in the lobby. They wouldn’t make an exception and motioned for me to go through the drive thru which was backed up 20 minutes. I literally waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I’m sure the food was cold.

TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES!!!!!!!! They leave you on hold at the speaker for about 10 min and you would think the food would be fresh, blowing steam with freshness considering the wait times but NOPE! Skip this Wendys if you can it seems like nobody moves anywhere close to fast, my grandma could prepare the food quicker than this! A drive thru at Wendys should not take 15-20 min toFULLY GET THROUGH!

i was born and raised in germany so my english is ok but with a strong accent and i pronounce every word very correctly. so it amazes me every time. out of the 4 times i have been there, they forgot something in my order 3 times. my orders are usually spicy chicken combo small fries small drink add some ketchup. its wild how incompetent someone must be to not even remember 4 things. eg chick fill a gets it right 99% pf the time

This has to be the slowest drive-through in Omaha. Why is it that McDonald’s can deliver so fast that you practically don’t stop the vehicle and you sit in line at Wendy’s for 10 minutes.

Ate inside for lunch. Dillon was very friendly and helpful. I give him 5 stars. Who ever manages that location, I give 1 star. You’re out of multiple sodas, even coke. You don’t have spoons so I had to eat my chili with a fork. Restaurant was super smoky. Not sure where it was coming from but didn’t smell like burning. Most importantly you gave 11 day expired sour cream to someone who is immune compromised. Whoever is over seeing this place is failing.

literally ordered through doordash, missing half of my food on a 30$ order, they included a half eaten chicken nugget too, how nice? if i wake up with food poisoning ill know who it was.

Very disappointing visit. Got the 2 JBC 8$ bag plus the Bacon double stack bag. We used to love Wendy’s and visited often, but this visit was all-around poor quality. The Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers were okay, but the meat was dry and looked like it had been in a warmer for an extended period of time. The Bacon double stack we received was just a single cheeseburger. I did take it back but all they did was add a couple pieces of Bacon without adding a second patty, couldn’t even eat most of it.
Not sure how soon we will bother going back. Sorry Wendy’s, just bad food served by a staff that acted like they didn’t want to be there.

The gut behind the register spent more time shooting the breeze with the food prep people than he did taking orders inside the place today. I got 2 not even cooked limp greasy fries in my portion, seriously like they were not even half cooked. I told him it was a to go order and he put food on a tray. Lady behind me had to ASK for her reciept. Management needs to step on here and TRAIN your people!,
