By the time I get home, this above the cup ice cream is already melting (as it would be expected). So I have to remove this plastic cover and get ice cream all over myself. Whoever designed this is either too dumb or hates DQ

Went into a totally empty dining area so business was slow at lunchtime today. But my burger came out fast. Usually DQ claims they have the best burger and usually they do, flamr grilled flavor, etc. Not today. They obviously gave me a pre-made burger and warmed it up in microwave. The pickles were boiling hot, the bun was rubber and no flavor in the burger. The staff were awesome but whoever the food prep was……..

Got a burger at the drive thru 1:30pm and drove away. This thing must have sat under the light or hot tray for hours- it was so soggy and so so hot. It wasn’t edible, disgusting.

I always forget why I stop going to DQ and then I go and am quickly reminded. Less than halfway through my Blizzard and the mint and Oreo pieces just run out. I don’t blame the young people working there, how much would you care for near poverty wages? This will be my last time here until I forget why I stopped going again

Asked for mint M&m blizzard dripping as soon as I got it I couldn’t eat it had to put it into the freezer. Didn’t mix it at all mint and m&ms sitting on top and vanilla ice cream on bottom.

I felt nostalgic and tried a peanut buster parfait that I haven’t had in years.
However, the peanuts were so salty that I only tasted salt and a hint of chocolate. I had to throw over half of it away. Maybe I got the bottom of the peanut bag. But it was disappointing.
Service was fast and friendly.

When I entered the establishment, there were two men ahead of me who were being served. I immediately noticed that the staff interacted with them politely and attentively, which was in complete contrast to the treatment I received. Once they were finished, the employee behind the counter walked away to talk with a coworker and ignored my presence, making me feel dismissed and unwelcome.
When he finally returned to take my order, he behaved as though he could barely speak or understand what I was saying, despite my order being simple and clear. His attitude came across as uninterested and intentionally unhelpful. The entire interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and singled out. The atmosphere shifted noticeably, and it did not feel like a professional or customer-friendly environment at all.

Good location with several picnic tables. Lots of cakes and the ready for ordering. The serves shakes, sundaes, and cones of ice cream, but also burgers, fries and chicken part. The memorabilia decorates the walls. Clean tables and bathroom. No wi-fi. ..

Great location with several picnic tables. Lots of cakes and pies in the refrigerator, ready for ordering. The Dairy Queen serves shakes, sundaes, and cones of ice cream, but also burgers, fries and chicken nuggets. Nice memorabilia decorates the walls. Clean tables and bathroom. No wi-fi. Maybe due to the ‘Rona and having no customers in the store for the last damn year, the staff has lost all sense of customer service and just look at you like a burden.

It’s time for the owner of this establishment to step up and teach the employees the most basic customer service. The employees of this location have absolutely terrible customer service skills. The drive thru crew are some of the most unfriendly and unpleasant people I have came across in the food service industry. Lastly, blizzards are rarely mixed throughly. Do better!
