Authentic Uruguayan food if you come here you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t try the parillada. Hefty portions of grilled meats with delicious sides. I recommend getting potato salad/fries as a side since it is most authentic. Don’t come here and order maduros lol. I recently tried their spinach ravioli which was delicious! It did come with ham so beware of that! Overall I always have a great experience here.

Easily one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. The staff is great, it is a great family friendly environment, I was able to bring my baby when he was a month old. The music isn’t too loud neither is the general chatter of the guests. the owner likes to greet the tables and makes sure everything is good. The food is amazing. Everything I have tried so far I absolutely love. The flavors are spot on. The meat is so tender and delicious, the pastas are amazing, the desserts are stupendous and the drinks are great, Alex makes good drinks. It is a great price for the quality and quantity. The service is fast and great. Can get crowded and have a bit of a wait but totally worth it. Will continue going back many more times.

Firstly parking is a bit tough because it’s in a busy residential area with tons of other restaurants. If your patient and willing to drive around then you’ll be fine. The restaurant is small and cute, we were seated as we walked in. Food is pretty good and portion sizes are great. Servers are polite and attentive. What I didn’t like is that they automatically add 18% gratuity to your bill, a tip should be optional and not mandatory.

I recently went to have dinner at “El Leño Steakhouse Bar & Grill”, The restaurant offers inventive takes on traditional Uruguayan cuisine, including parrillada. The ambiance was calming and ok with a somewhat historic building and antique decor. On the other hand, the service was not that great, They have tables available for us to seat, but we still had to wait a lot to be seated. One of the reasons could have been the lack of waitresses/personnel. I recommend that they hire a food runner. Other than that, the food was delicious and is was worth the wait and awkwardness.

Great place to try something different. Carne was very tasty, Uruguayan stake house. Don’t be intimidated by the table clothes just go in and feast. Service could be better. The cook or manager came out, it was nice.

I’ve been to this establishment twice in the last 6 months. The food is fresh and amazing. The sampler for two is enough food for three or four easily. Too tasty for words. Many of the appetizers are equally delicious The owner wais thean absolute sweetheart while the waiting staff is friendly and informative. I highly recommend this restaurant for all meat lovers who enjoy perfectly marinated meats of all assortments. 5 stars in my book.
