Just left here and what a joke. I ordered all pre -ready things two cookies located right by the register and a small chili with extra cheese and extra crackers of which I paid for . Behind me comes a man and his son who order more and a few mins after me . I was blatantly skipped standing right there and yet this he ordered a.large chili and got it and all his other food plus un-requested extra crackers . I recvd less than extra cheese and 3 crackers . It’s a joke that this was a manager who came a tool over the job of someone who would have done her job right to send her on a break she blatantly asked not to go on until she finished . I’ll never go back and I’ll ensure anyone near by knows how horrible it was .. of course I’m sure many will see for themselves . -completely unsatisfied customer!

Good experience today in drive-thru. Always ask for your condiments. I had a grilled chicken wrap kids meal. Fries were HOT and greasier than I could stand. Greased up everything in the bag. Ugh. Wrap was good and service was fast.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of corporate. The morning manager about a month ago cursed my teenage daughter out. When I called to speak with her boss she wouldn’t provide me their name. The number she gave me for corporate wasn’t correct. Today was the third time my daughter has been back since the original incident. The lady is still extremely rude to my minor daughter and the food is always low quality. The manager is old enough to be my daughter’s grandmother and she has the other workers staring at my daughter. My daughter can hear them whispering, pointing and starting at her. A child shouldn’t feel uncomfortable going into a major establishment such as Wendy’s.

Came here for a DoorDash order ended up waiting 45min to receive the order for the customer, it’s frustrating to wait for food that is supposed to be done fast. It’s not right to be operating like this during a busy hour. Never have I had to wait this long for an order I would give this Wendy’s the worst service ever.

Had to wait 10 min for food my food was ready I was eating in ant they filled Uber eat orders frist and no was there . Then no salt at the condiments center. Ask for salt back counter. Then get cuuss out for ask .
