Service quick everyone was nice but I got Conn twists not the nachos I wanted, wanted beef chalupa got chicken… and my tacos are stuck to the wrapper.. wonder if it was sitting for a little bit?

I have been coming here and this is not the first time, this has happened many times so I decided to write a review, I ordered spicy potato’s soft tacos, when I spoke to the person during drive through he didn’t even mention they were out of chipotle sauce and gave me these tacos, some of the potatoes were black as well, chips for the nachos was stale and disgusting, I spoke to the manager David who had given me these tacos, he didn’t do anything about this, just told me to come back tomorrow as he didn’t want to deal with it. If you don’t have some the sauce you let me know, so we can order something else, overall their food has not been fresh, worst is not doing anything about it.

It’s Been many years since I ate at Taco Bell. Couple observations. Food seemed better quality than I remember as the bowls were a new option. Prices for all the food are way higher than before and not a value compared to similar restaurant options based food quality, taste and portions. The restaurant was very sterile looking, grey and cold inside. Did not feel welcome or a place for a meal and a break, but the thing that impacted us the most was the kiosk based ordering. Felt a bit like I was on the Starship Enterprise and asked the “computer” to get me something from the replicator. Is this what fast food has become?

I was on I5 for like 2 hours Thur Seattle. Stoped here because I need a restroom like now. The staff was terrible to us all but forced us to order food and then didn’t even open the bathroom for us. We all ended going to Italian restaurant rear by. They were very nice and understanding. Don’t stop here. eat at the Italian place instead

Clean store, well mannered young staff; that’s really refreshing! Service is always quick and accurate. The drive- thru is always moving fairly fast and there’s always a line of cars in the drive-thru.The outside of the store and the parking lot is always free of debris and there’s never any loitering outside the store or parking lot. I never see patrons or loiterers in cars in the lot either. It’s a comfortable joint, serving quality comfort foods right nest to the joint store lol. This store seems to run like a well oiled machine. Check it out, let us know your opinion, because it counts.

Ordered two chalupas at drive thru. When I get to the cashier they only make one and tell me I hadn’t ordered two. After waiting they give me a second bag with another “chalupa” which I find out is a wrap with hot sauce and beans. Disgusting service and inedible food. I don’t expect good service at a fast food, just the food I paid for. I’ve come to this Taco Bell twice in this year and both times half of my order was messed up.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, come here all the time! Order is always correct, food is always good, and employees are always friendly. Ordered for delivery the other day and it never showed up and was said it was delivered, but we called and they remade the food free of charge, we just had to come in to pickup, and luckily we live close by. Great Taco Bell, can’t speak highly enough about it!

You know there’s always something wrong when you get your food too fast….. order a #9 barley any meat with my taco or topping, was also very soggy. My crunch wrap was cold, soggy and had no meat. You got 2 stars for the speed…
