Great experience at Pei Wei Asian Express! The food was delicious, well-seasoned, and served quickly. Everything came out hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place was clean and well-organized. A great option for a quick meal without sacrificing quality. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a great location. Never had any problems there. Staff do a good job there. One of the ladies will give me some extra hot sauce to go with their HOT dishes. I think the chicken one they have. I realize some don’t like HOT and spicy food but just ask them you want to stay clear of the spice and they have no problem doing so. They will get you out usually faster then some of the other locations in the court. I’ll see you again when I’m back on that side.

I went to Crabtree to Go to PeiWei and there was a long line I go to sit. Once I saw the line was gone, I proceed to go up to the counter. a white woman and her son comes up behind me. The worker totally ignored me and went straight to that lady and her son. I was like HELLO? She ignored me again. Then she said that she didn’t care that I walked away. So no I will not be recommended this place nor will I be going back

For 16 dollars, I think they managed to give a good portion of food along with the egg rolls and drink with refill. The service is well maintained, very polite and the place is clean, the workers constantly wiping down area. I wish they offer the whole menu as the Pei Wei Asian Kitchen. But, for mall quality food, they do great job. Thank u guys

Today, I went to Pei Wei Asian Express to get lunch. I was gonna get the 3 entree combo. When I went to pay for it, the cashier says it is $1.29 more because I got 3 meats for my entrees, and said it needs to be 2 meats and a vegetable. I have never heard of this before. It doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu. I’ve been coming here for years getting the 3 entree combo and this has never happened. I even put the same order into Door Dash and there is no additional charge for 3 meats. I think this cashier/manager is just trying to trick people into spending more money. On principal alone, I told her to keep the food and I’m not paying for that. I will not be back. I don’t do business with someone who deceives customers

Food always good, but last time I went, I felt like they were running a scam at the register. The menu literally only has two drink sizes – a small and a regular. Behind the register, they have only 2 cups, a clear plastic and a bigger paper cup. When I asked for the larger size cup, they guy at the register said oh there is an additional charge for the large cup. He charged me the “regular” and then added a white sauce charge. If I asked for the small cup, he was just going to remove the white sauce cup charge. The menu board had the small drink as 2.29 and the regular at 2.69. My thought would be then to get the menu board and the POS system updated to the correct items and charges. As others have said, I feel this place is running a register scam and seems wrong.

The owner is so Beautiful and customer service is amazing I work at the mall but I was off today but went to get some things on sale got hungry and Went to Pei Wei I usually get my normal Mongolian firecracker chicken, but they were out when I got up to the line to order. She said it’ll be done in two minutes so I stepped out of line. I was waiting as soon as two minutes past the firecracker chicken came out and she called me back up before getting the next customers order so I could still be on my way. I appreciate her so much. EVERYONE GO TO (PEI WEI) ITS DELICIOUS AND FRESH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10
