By far the best Canes experience I’ve ever had! I’m frequent at many canes across DFW and this was the best. Ordered and didn’t make it to my table before my food was out. My food was still steaming and everything had a perfect crisp coating on it. The bread couldn’t have been better and it always makes the meal. To top it all off they have me an extra canes sauce for free which I have never had happen. Can’t wait to come back.

Ive tried many canes all across Texas and this one here in Denton is easily one of the best. From the spacious and clean environment to the perfect balance of speed and quality of food, the welcome customer service both in the front and while eating, this canes embodies the culture of the franchise and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any of my loved ones. The drinks are fantastic, especially the perfectly sweet tea and great tasting sodas. as a cherry on top, the cups and lids are high quality here in Denton, and although that has not been my experience every where, I was not let down at this location. Thank you for providing a great experience here at Raising Canes in Denton, Texas!

Great service from the entire staff at this Raisin Cane’s. I came in yesterday and for the first time here at this location. The staff was very welcoming and working as a team to take care of their customers as fast as possible. I met with Alexis who is the GENERAL MANAGER here and she is very amazing to all of her employees and customers. Definitely a 5 Star experience.

The food is always great at Canes, the people are amazingly nice, but please let me explain the 1 star for atmosphere. I have PTSD-like symptoms so I cannot be in a room with A LOT of people. I get why its always packed though, the food is awesome!! I just can’t eat inside, also why is the music so loud? It’s bad enough I sit in the corner, with my back to the wall, facing the door, and surrounded by people. But then, they throw 80’s pop music at me with Guantanamo Bay volumes.
I understand im the one with the issue here, im just reviewing it as it applies to me. 4 days ago I tried to eat inside, and I made it a whole minute before I had to leave. I went to the front and I asked the man at the counter for a box and a bag to go so I could pack up my food. He could tell I was stressed and he asked me if I was ok. I said “yes sir, there’s just too many people in here and I have to go”. He replied “Im very sorry about that sir, you have a safe night”. I told him he had nothing to apologize for, its just me. They are amazing, the food is awesome…. I will be a drive thru fan of theirs forever.

Small menu as with any Cane’s place but gives great service speed with great quality. Bread I would say is the best part but even overall the food is good. Highly recommend it if you never been to Canes

We picked up lunch for my daughter & the drive thru was packed! So my daughter walked in & had super fast service! The employee’s were kind & it was packed the employee’s were still real attentive to everyone. The food is fresh! My daughter is super happy enjoying her meal!

Once again, I was disappointed to find that I only received three chicken fingers instead of the usual four. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order at this location. It seems like there’s a recurring problem with accuracy, and it’s frustrating. The food can be good, but the inconsistency in getting what I paid for really takes away from the experience. I hope they can improve their service, but I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.

Great high quality chicken and sandwiches! The chicken is crisp and tender and very flaky inside. The sauce is not needed on the tenders but it’s really good and has a sightly spicy flavor that’s pleasing to the taste buds! Great service every time I visit this location. The wait is only two to three mins on average and the chicken comes out piping hot. The sweet tea is always the same sweetness and has a great tea flavor that’s not overpowered by sugar.
