Location was rude and out of everything. Of course our order was not only wrong but missing half of it. It took an act of congress to get inside to speak with a shift lead. Place was beyond gross inside. Food on the floor not just behind the counter but in the lobby. Some how even our sodas were hot with melted ice. Come on man.

This location is usually a hit or miss for me, I recently purchased some food from there and they didn’t even give me plastic utensils to eat it with. On top of that, the potatoes in my fiesta potatoes, were visibly old and had been warmed up and not fresh. Not to mention, Taco Bell as a whole franchise at this point is extremely over priced due to inflation. The prices do not match the quality of food, which is all mostly processed Mexican food. I literally paid almost $20 for just 2 orders of fiesta potato cups(they’re very small), and 2 orders of value priced menu tacos. I didn’t even get a drink and my order was $18 and some change.

They weren’t very busy, maybe 2-3 cars in line in the drive through, ordered and paid for my food and they handed me the wrong bag, realized when I got home. Drove all the way back and waited 30 minutes in line to get my order fixed, and they called the order back to me and gave me half of what I ordered, on top of what little they did give me was ice cold and the only thing that was somewhat hot was a quesadilla and it was very burnt. By far the worst food and service I’ve ever had at fast food

Taco Bell was my very 1st job waaaaay back. The thing I always got was a chicken soft taco with sour cream. It’s been a long time since I’ve had one, and today I was kind of disappointed. It wasn’t even close to the same as it was…not to mention ONE taco & a small Dr pepper was over $7!!!! Oh well-sorry taco hell. I won’t be coming back. The staff I dealt with there thru the drive thru were really nice & personable though. My compliments to them!

they did not give me the right size, nor fill fill my drink up all the way, my food was disgusting, cold, and my food bad a bone in it that shouldnt even be in there. they dont want to give me my drink and overall its shitty place do not eat here unless you wanna food poisoning, also the dude name Terrence who works up there is very unprofessional and very rude. thank you goodbye

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was completely unacceptable. the Little blonde girl working the drive-thru was rude, dismissive, and rushed me through my order. I specifically ordered two large drinks but was handed two small ones instead.
To make matters worse, the food was poorly prepared. The cheese on my meal wasn’t even melted, and the overall quality was far below what I would expect from this restaurant.
It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal and receive both bad service and subpar food. Management needs to address these issues immediately to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

Open hours 8am-2am, I show up at 8:45 to get breakfast and both doors were locked and drive thur was closed; all while one of the employees was just sitting her car and decided to go in after seeing I was trying to get food.
