Was recommended to come to this place based on two things. Two crucial menu items.
Chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks.
Both items were legit and hit the spot!
Shout out to xgolf for their recommendation.
Chicken tenders came 4 to a platter and they were giant and the batter was the same as the fish and chips which was a first.
The tenders came out and I was impressed on presentation : size : value : and deliciousness.
Wing buffalo sauce side dip / chunky blue cheese side dip / and honey mustard all were phenomenal!
The mozzie sticks were tremendous. Crunchy and oozy. Stacked on a Mariana sauce that was perfect for dipping.
I got the paddy melt with onion rings for my main and it was great.
Old bar feel. Great service. Phenomenal pub environment and will come back again!

Excellent shepherd’s pie made with a blend of mild ground lamb & beef. Bangers & mash–you can’t beat the thick sausages. See the photo. Good US-made versions of German wheat beers are on draught, often including the Bavarian Hefe-Weizen. A special of the day was an enormous avocado & shrimp salad wrap. The shrimp were big. The marbled bread is tasty. The Reuben sandwiches had excellent corned beef.
The Pear salad is excellent with a lovely champagne dressing. It makes a filling meal when you add blackened salmon on top. See the photo.

Extremely disappointing experience. Both the male and female bartenders were slow, inattentive and clearly uninterested in providing decent service. Drinks took far too long, orders were poorly made, and the overall attitude behind the bar was cold and unwelcoming. Instead of making customers feel welcome it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. A bar lives and dies by its service and unfortunately this place missed the mark completely. I’d recommend choosing another spot nearby if you’re looking for good drinks and respectful service.

Unfortunately, the bartender Dylan made this a really unpleasant experience. Service was extremely slow, and when customers tried to get his attention, he came off as dismissive and rude. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and was annoyed by having to do his job. Several customers were waiting far too long while he moved at his own pace and showed little concern for basic customer service.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but the attitude and lack of professionalism really stood out and took away from what should have been an enjoyable night.

My recent experience was unacceptable and entirely avoidable. I was part of a group of established ladies out for a Christmas celebration, and our evening was cut short due to the behavior of the bartender, Dylan.
Dylan was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and members of our group were refused service without any valid justification. There no disruptive conduct, or inappropriate behavior from anyone in our group and we were met with an unwarranted attitude that made it clear we were not welcome.
The manner in which we were addressed was inappropriate and lacked even basic customer respect.. Management should be concerned and embarrassed that such conduct is being permitted behind the bar.
This was a Christmas outing that should have been enjoyable, and instead it was abruptly ended by a completely preventable and disappointing experience. There is absolutely no excuse for customers to be treated this way. With multiple better bars literally steps away that respect their patrons , I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will not be returning.

This was one of the most disappointing bar experiences I’ve had. The drinks were poorly made, and the service was outright unacceptable. Dylan’s behavior was unprofessional and reflected badly on the establishment as a whole. The attitude and lack of care made customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere especially because there are plenty of better options steps away. I won’t be returning.

Bartender Dylan came across as cocky and unkind from the start. Service was painfully slow, and when customers tried to order or ask simple questions, his attitude felt dismissive and arrogant. Instead of being welcoming, he acted like people were an inconvenience. A bartender sets the tone for the place, and unfortunately his lack of professionalism and poor customer service really stood out. Definitely not the experience you expect when you’re out trying to enjoy a drink.

I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. The bar tender, who was more than half of my age, was extremely disrespectful. A group of highly professional women out trying to have a good time, were refused service and spoken to in a manner that came off as racist and chauvinistic. In this day and time it is truly unbelievable that women over 40 are being disrespected by individuals young enough to be our children. It is not acceptable for a bar tender to address customers in such a disrespectful manner for absolutely no reason.
