I had a really disappointing experience at the Taco Bell on TV Highway. I found a long, nasty hair in my food — absolutely disgusting. When I brought it up, Dulce was polite and did her best, but she had to keep calling her GM to figure out what to do. After a long wait, all they offered was a refund. That’s not enough for something this gross — we should have been given a gift card or some form of proper compensation for the experience and the inconvenience. I will never come back to this location. Absolutely foul

I’m genuinely baffled at how badly they messed up my food.
I ordered two chicken quesadillas and both of them came with actual jalapeños on them instead of the standard jalapeño sauce. I double checked my order and I didn’t make any mistakes when I selected extra sauce. They were also super burned on one side.
My soft tacos were actually correct but the tortillas were hard and brittle like they were stale. Gross. My stomach hurts.
I tried to get a refund but Uber Eats has notoriously awful customer service, so I called this Taco Bell directly. I asked for a manager and she claimed she couldn’t refund it herself (which I know isn’t true, other restaurants can) and told me to call back tomorrow between 12 and 2 to talk to the general manager.
I asked why only a two hour window and then she changed her story and said that I’d need to come in, in person, to get my money back. I ordered on Uber Eats because I don’t have a car, so that is MASSIVELY inconvenient. I dropped like $30 getting this crap delivered though, so I guess I’ll need to find the time.
TL;DR: their food is trash and so is their customer service. Go to literally any other Taco Bell. Tbh you’d be better off just eating out of a dumpster.

I’m specifically leaving a review for Miss Momo! She was so nice and sweet. We attempted to place a mobile order and it hadn’t gone through. Momo had us roll up to the window and she helped place my order at the window and took our food out to us. She was just so sweet and her energy was amazing! Our last 3 trips i would get home and end having to go back because at least 2 if not 3 items wrong or missing..I don’t know what is ordered I just pick it up. 4-5 people are eating. No compensation or showing of remorse for the issues. Lack of attention

This location is great. Only complaint I have is that I never get the sauce that I order for my nuggets. Food is always fresh, service is quick, and employees seem happy.

Decided to get some late night taco bell. Tried to go to the lobby and it was closed at 10:30 even though the door says 2am. So I went through the drive thru. I asked for two bean burritos without cheese and extra rice but they put cheese in them. Pretty upsetting experience all around. Would not recommend.

One star review for ripping hungry people off. I feel kind of bad posting this review because there are a couple of really awesome employees there. There’s a young girl that is always super sweet to me. I’ll have to ask her name so that I can exclude her from his review and then there’s another wonderful man who is always in the drive-through just as a perfect job. But oh my word. Beyond that I think that there’s somebody in the back pulling practical jokes on the drive-through orders ha ha!! Look at this taco!!

I used to always come to this location because it’s closer and the employees are nice! But now that this franchise has removed all of the deals that a taco bell is supposed to have, I take my weekly business to 185th location! Bummer.

Went through the Drive Through, pretty long wait, but that’s not their fault, some food was missed in my order, I went through and the customer service was incredibly kind and remade my food without any hassle or fuss, 5 stars just for that.

One of the things I got was a five layer burrito and being well over $3 and they made a mistake and didn’t give me any refried beans on it because I ordered black beans instead of meat but it should have still come with refried beans. When I asked them to fix the order They only gave me about an ounce and a half of refried beans when it should have been around 3-4 oz which is a significant difference. They also argued with me profusely about giving me the extra 1 – 1/2 ounces to 2 – 1/2 ounces of beans. However I did get two plastic micro bowls of refried beans instead of just one although they were both about an ounce and a half of beans.
