Delivery: food was still nice and warm after delivery
Burger tasted great and well stacked.
The cheese sticks were delicious and perfect for eating.
Quick timely service. No issues and will order from this store again

Comparing to my other Chili’s that is mediocre, this Chili’s is actually better believe it or not. The menu has definitely changed; no more of the menu that used to be cluttered with food that nobody would buy. I so happened to get the cajun pasta without the meat and their new menu appetizer, the southwestern queso, and I was very impressed on how savory the flavor was! Sure the wait time was a little long for 6 people, but what was I expecting anyway? When my cajun pasta came to the table, the smell pulled me towards the pasta, and even though it was steaming hot, I couldn’t resist to take a bite. That first bite of the cajun seasoning with the parmesan was divine! I couldn’t cease to understand why it was so delicious, but I didn’t care. I ate the entire pasta in about 5-7 minutes surprisingly. Don’t get me started on the garlic bread, it was slightly burnt but that’s what made it so unique! Also, it important to note that the service was way better than my usual Chili’s, they were friendly and welcoming to us. Overall, this place is clean and well-kept, especially the clean tables and floor. In conclusion, this place is highly recommended to people who thought Chili’s was just okay, and that thought will definitely change once you go to this one (or all of them)!

I door dashed a triple dipper, there was 0 sauce on the tenders and the burgers were burnt and inedible. The buns looked like they have been bitten out of. Honestly I wouldn’t of left a review if I hadn’t paid 28$ for this and it’s literally disgusting.

We may have arrived too early. Maybe not, while being seated. I noticed there were four (4) tables occupied, 12 minutes later.
I still believe it was too early. I was served a bottled water. No glass ?
Maybe it was just too early for me. The server reached over my plate to assist in card pay…. Tip Time….

I truly enjoyed the server. I didn’t like that I had to separate my hot wings from the lemon pepper when I only wanted lemon pepper wet wings. Outside of that, everything was great. Hopefully next time they have champagne because it was what I actually desired.

Have to give a shout out to Hannah V. as a server and Nate, the cook! Hannah was fast and courteous. When I asked if I could pay extra for additional seasoning on my Cajun Chicken Pasta, Hannah immediately said yes. When I saw what was presented to me, I had to ask who cooked it. MAJOR props to Nate in the kitchen for knowing what EXTRA seasoning means. Will be back because of these two showing outstanding customer service.

As a former Chili’s employee, and the member of an 11-top party, I fully expected to give lots of grace on this night. However, I have never been more disappointed in a Chili’s, and the fact that I no longer work there says something. The first host to greet us was clearly in training, so I cut her some slack, but there was no greeting when we walked in the door, just “How many?” Followed by a slow blink and a walk away when we said 11. We were willing to wait, but the second host sat us super quickly and was very kind to us (shoutout to her). Our server, however, was a piece of work. Granted, we were an 11-top, but management should have known to not give this girl an 11-top. I don’t blame her for that. I do, however, blame her for berating my friend’s choice of honey mustard, and giving her opinions on everything that we ordered. It also took FOREVER to order. We were seated at 5:30, and our order was not complete until 6:20. I checked. I also almost got skipped in the ordering process because our server was so scatterbrained. The food was good and came out quickly, except for a chicken crisper plate, that should not have taken that long. I also had to ask for a re-fill anytime I wanted one, even though it had been empty for quite some time. Then came time to pay the bill. We had to check our own receipts to see if they were right, even though we told her which people were on which check when we were ordering. We then had to wait for her to go take her only other table’s order (after she had ignored them for 20 minutes) before she ran our cards. Normally I would not leave a review and would have just done the survey, but I was not given the option to do the survey either. I am not one to nit-pick, and Chili’s is not known for its fine dining, but when it’s been a long day and we just want to eat, it should not take almost an hour to put our food in. We would have stayed longer and gotten more drinks had the service not been so poor.

It was super dark. We could barely see the menus and we were there just before 12pm. Our server did not greet us with a smile. She also would not speak up. None of us could hear her. She also would not let us know she was back with a drink. She would just stand behind us holding the drink. She was a bit rude and we did not leave her a tip. Her attitude and work ethic was gross. My sister and I both have worked in the food industry. We were never like that!!

The wife and I stopped in there for lunch today seeing she only works two blocks from there.
I ordered the triple Dipper with two sets of sliders and an order of cheese sticks and she ordered the new chicken bacon ranch nachos.
My burgers were cooked so much. They were like hockey pucks.
The amount of salt on the chips on her nachos made it inedible.
When I made the employee aware of the situation, her excuse was that they were working on a big call In order that had 28 orders.
Since it seemed like they didn’t have time to make our food with some care and quality, we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere.

Let me start off by saying we LOVE Chili’s. We frequent our one in Nashville often. So to say we are disappointed in the one in downtown Chattanooga would be an understatement.

The hostess, when we asked how she was, responded “I’m here.” No greeting. Then she slammed our menus and silverware on the table and walked away. It was very disconcerting.

Our drinks were never filled. We had to ask for multiple things.

The part that led me to writing this review is that I took my two year old into the bathroom. Three female employees were hanging out at the sink area. I went into a stall and then went back to the sink area. The employees hadn’t left, but this time one of them had her pants pulled down. I saw all of her underwear because her jeans were undone and pulled down. I was horrified. I had my child with me! She apologized, but didn’t leave. In fact, I had to maneuver around the employees in order to get my toddler’s hands washed. I was beyond flustered and disturbed.
