Ordered though the drive thru in a decent amount of time.get to the window got the food looked for the 3 honey mustards I was supposed to get which I did not receive which I paid for.so I processed to tell the lady at the window I had not gotten any honey mustards for my 10 piece nugget plus a 4 piece nugget so 14 nugget and she hands me 1 honey mustard when of course 1 isn’t enough for that many nuggets.i get home not only was the food entirely dry it was extremely hard to the point where its not edible.and the chicken sandwich was so hard it was like eating a rock. Just unacceptable and a waste of time and money 21 dollars down the drain.

They need it improve on how long it takes people to wait in the drive-through. I don’t understand if people don’t know how to work or what it is. On the average, it would take you more than 20 minutes to get your food through the drive-through that doesn’t happen at any other location please if someone from corporate is reading this learn how to train your employees better this is ridiculous. Living in this area for more than 20 years, and this location gets worse and worse

This location is so bad, the workers have such horrible attitudes the worst drive-through I’ve ever encountered. I picked up a doordash late at night. It was past the time of the dining room being closed so I went to the drive-thru, no one would answer the drive-thru and I went up to the window and a girl slammed open the window and had an attitude. There was two girls working this night I had this issue, she acted like I was stupid for coming to the drive through and told me I have to come in through the door on the other side. I pulled around, went to the door on the other side, and it was locked, I waited a few minutes. The girls continually kept looking at me while I was standing there waiting. I waited a few minutes with no help and decided that maybe I was at the wrong door. I went on the other side of the building to the other door and both doors were locked. I eventually waited a few minutes and decided to go through the drive through one more time and see what was going on. She had told me to go in the restaurant but would not unlock the doors. Got back to the drive-thru window and she proceeded to start fighting with me. She then started cussing at me through the drive-thru window saying if I didn’t stop giving her an attitude that I didn’t want to see what was going to happen. Just trying to pick up someone else’s doordash lol. Her and the co-worker both started talking to me calling me names, cussing at me. I then had to go back up to the door and wait a few minutes for them to then prepare my order after making me wait a good 25 minutes trying to figure out where to even start. Would also not give me the correct sauces or check the order with no sauce that I asked for. I even double-checked before leaving and they lied to me and told me that it was all in there. I also asked for a sticker to seal the drink because I was delivering a doordash for someone. They refused to seal the bag or seal the drink. Gave me a crumpled up bag of food to deliver to someone else. The girls that were working tonight, two young girls one with red hair, one with long braids with blonde on the ends, have horrible attitudes and are looking to fight when they are the ones working in customer service. This location is crazy, I don’t know why they are treating any customer or delivery driver like that.

I stopped by for lunch and ordered the grilled chicken wrap combo—it was, of course, delicious as always. The highlight of my visit, though, was the amazing customer service. The young woman who rang me up was incredibly sweet and professional. She even complimented my hair, which definitely made my day. Thank you for the great food and even better service

I was in the area working and decided to stop in and grab a late lunch for a few of us.
The drive thru had quite a number of cars already in line, so I decided to park and order from the counter inside.
Everything was handicap accessible and extremely well-maintained.
The staff members that I encountered were all very friendly and personable.
The food was freshly prepared and the French fries were piping hot, with just a hint of sea salt (I believe).
The only downside being that, there were a few customers ahead of me and they appeared to have been waiting for their food for quite some time. And they were out of ketchup. Not a big deal, in itself, but you could see that some of the customers were less than pleased.

My experience here made me genuinely angry and I don’t often get angry. I ordered at the drive through at about 12:20 am waited while there were 2 cars in front of me. I get to the window and have to wait as 3 ppl are sitting around on there phones talking, then I get my food with no receipt btw so I can’t even dispute it and it’s entirely the wrong order and cold. I guess my bad for not checking it while I was at the window. Absolute garbage

I even tried calling the store and not only did they not answer I couldn’t even get to a voicemail because they don’t have one setup.

I am so fed up with this Wendy’s location. Every single time I order a Caesar salad, they somehow forget the most basic condiments — no Caesar dressing, no croutons… literally the things that make it a Caesar salad. It’s like they don’t care about their job or their customers at all.
The management here seriously needs to be replaced because whatever system they’re running is completely out of whack. It’s obvious none of the employees are motivated to do their job correctly, and I’m tired of paying for food I don’t actually receive.
This most recent order pushed me over the edge. I ordered a Caesar salad and fries online. What did I get? Just the salad — again, with no dressing, no croutons, no utensils, nothing. And to make it worse, the driver told me the employees left my food sitting on the curb because they were “closed.” The website clearly said they closed at 3 AM… it was 12 PM. How does that even make sense?
I expect my order to be correct, especially when ordering online. This location clearly can’t handle even the simplest order. I’m beyond frustrated and won’t be ordering here again until they get their management — and their staff — together.

DO NOT, I repeat do not eat here Omg. The Wendy’s in New York is nothing like this. Chicken sandwich taste like rocks, they put old grill chicken on my salad. Then I ordered a cob salad they sent me a apple pecan salad with cheese and bacon on it and I am allergic to nurse. Instead of refunding us for the 3 large chili we order they sent us a dried up Caesar salad with old chicken and cheese …”garbage it went”. The kids meal burger was tasteless and hard . It’s like all the food is very old , very very old. I don’t understand why they would send this to someone, this should be a health violation, this place is disgusting.

The staff stopped serving well before they’re posted closing time which is 2am. It is 12:02am. They had the lights dimmed and claimed to be down bc of technical dificulties, we then heard a girl laugh in the background, as we were told that they were down on the intercom. Please hire new staff or update your hours to reflect your actual closing time.

I was about to spend $30 and the guy come to the window with my “orange high c cup”touching his headset mic!! His eyes was red ‼️‼️ and his face was just basically all in my cup too tell me they ran out of hi-c orange and do I want them to refill it so I can finish getting my drink that he had his “headset Mic”all up against!…. In my mind they should have already had everything checked and refilled….I pulled off this place is filthy and need better workers ‼️‼️‼️
