I ordered Big Mac meals from this location and they gave me rotted lettuce and burnt, stale buns. The fries were stale as well. I called them to resolve this issue. If you look at the photos, I couldn’t even try to eat this without gagging. During the call, the girl couldn’t give me a refund, she then started cussing at me and hung up on me once, I called her again and she started getting all anxious with me and complained about her job. I don’t know how they’re training the workers here and as much as I want to empathize with this worker, it does not justify her representation of the food they delivered and the service they did not have. This location is the worst McDonald’s I’ve gone, you’re better driving to another McDonald’s down a few more blocks. Super poor management, food quality is inedible, and customer service is not present.

Used to be really good. Service has been lass quality recently and we’ve had multiple instances rude interactions. Bread on my sandwiches was burnt and the fries tasted like burnt oil too. Sort of sucks when you pay $20 for food that tastes like crap. Since this was only a few times that this has happened- I’m still leaving 3 stars, but if it continues- I’ll change my review.

Just sat in the drive through after ordering my food for roughly 10 minutes. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and was told my total was $7.39. I get to the window the lady told me the total for my fudge Sunday. I said oh that’s not me I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. She goes I don’t have that on my screen. If you want to pull around and get back in line we can have it ready when you get back to the window. I said no I already ordered my food and waited in line and she goes oh well thats what we need to do. I drive off called to speak to a manager and she goes yeah they only have one screen so if they don’t see it oh well….
Absolutely unacceptable. Now Im not expecting the taj mahal of customer service here but at least the basic decency to get my order put in then and have me walk in or something.

Service is generally pretty good, but they get my order wrong a good 40% of the time.
I order my burgers plain, and there’s been several times I’ve taken food back up to the counter 3 times before they got it right.
Finally leaving a negative review because they got my order wrong yet again, and my food was especially wack tonight. The buns were covered in ketchup, making it totally messy, even after they “remade” it. (Scraped half the onions off and handed it back to me)
The only redeeming quality about this location is that the employees are usually nice.

The crispy chicken ranch Snack wrap was just not very good…it was warm at best, and the tortilla seemed raw and excessive(like it needed more filling). I’ve had them from other McDonald’s and thought they were good, but not today at this location!

The swing shift manager Kenzie has executional customer service . She gave me a free toy for my son after he didn’t get the one he wanted. She handled the chaos of dinner while looking like shes having the best time. Will definitely recommend this location

If McDonalds was aiming for a new minimalist dining experience, they nailed it. My delivery was less an order and more a tragic mystery. I paid for a full meal and only recieved half the cast of characters. My Big Mac was so aggressively cold, I suspect it was flash frozen before being airlifted over the arctic circle. The cheese was less melted and more “casually draped” over the patty, looking like it was already regretting its life choices. I belive the delivery drivers mission was to ensure every item reached absolute zero before reaching my door. This wasn’t a meal. It was an existential puzzle and a cold commentary on portion control. Thanks McDonalds for delivering a freezing half-meal and reminding me that disappointment is still indeed free. I recommend this location only if you enjoy paying full price for a partial, cryogenically preserved sandwich.

Every time I go there, they always seem to be busy. The food takes forever isn’t well maintained my fries. Never get salted speaking from over five orders but I’ve waited in line 20 minutes on average when they’re busy definitely needs a new manager employees and training.

If you are an Uber driver I would refuse every single pickup from this store. I will be for now on. I went inside today and verified my order with the heavy set boy at the counter he gave me the order number to type it in my app to verify pickup. A different woman went to hand me the order I SHOWED HER MY UBER DRIVER APP AND CUSTOMERS NAME. Cris refused to hand it to me and I’m the Uber driver I did call Uber support today and took this to my managers
