Usually when i come service is great but tonight i placed my order of 3 drinks and 2 small shakes at 7:23 and arrived at about 7:30. i sat in the mobile order spot for 20 minutes before realizing the drive through line was being prioritized and decided to jump in line with only one person in front of me. it took them only a few minutes to get me my order at the window. when i got it my shakes are no longer cold, they are liquidy and melted.honestly disappointed considering it wasnt that busy at all.

I feel like the speakers don’t really pick up my voice when I’m orderingat the drive in spots, that’s not the workers fault but it definitely is an issue every time. Otherwise everyone there is sweet and the food is always the same quality. I know exactly what I’m getting when I go there.

I want to start by saying I’ve only gone to this sonic later at night before and had good experiences. I went today around 4:00pm and had the rudest person take my order. She snapped at me for speaking too quietly, instead of politely letting me know that she couldn’t hear me. The shakes I ordered were brought out already melted and the chili cheese fries was half full. I still tipped the carhop cause i know it wasn’t his fault but I left feeling bad/hurt and like I wasted my money.

Service has been a bit slow of late. Many times, we have had to wait as long as 5 minutes for two drinks even after using the app to order ahead. Don’t bother trying to order a drink carrier in the app, apparently, it does not notify the staff in any way

This sonic is bad, most simple way to put it. I love sonic and I’m very disappointed. Location manager (jamie chandler) is incompetent, I could hear her screaming at employees in front of customers. The food is sub par if than and whole store smell like Marijuana, coming out of drive thru window. I’m sad to say that I will never be returning to this sonic. I’m very surprised the manager still has a job lol also there is a 7 eleven across that street that sells better and cheaper drinks. Especially if you enjoy dr.pepper. Store #1199

Awful service. Food is never fresh. They can never get orders right. We ordered from this location often and my we always made sure to specify that we wanted hamburgers WITH NO CHEESE and my fiance’s burger always had cheese. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (which only come with mayo lettuce and tomatoes) and bit into an onion. Just over all an awful experience every time and awful customer service. And the parking lot always looks awful.

Limited number of order stalls , sometimes difficult to navigate a larger vehicle or pickup truck into a stall, this Sonic frequently has issues with online ordering being unavailable which means you can’t powder in advance and pick it up nor use rewards or discounts from the app. Employees won’t manually apply those rewards or discounts when the app isn’t working correctly or they’re not trained on how to do so to prevent a customer from having to go to a different location to use them. Also, we frequently order Frito chili pies and they come out with stale Fritos most of the time.

Just waited 30 minutes for two drinks to have to finally pull off because we have other things to do absolutely ridiculous and it was fully staffed with 3-4 people inside just absolutely insane you guys should be ashamed of yourselves honestly
