I was over at Verizon and had to burn through some time and decided to stop by this Rocknes.
The plan was to get nachos but for some reason the grilled cheese and tomato soup called my name! It was so good!
So I ended up getting the grilled cheese (Texas toast and American cheese) and Tomato Basil soup. The soup was sweet but I kind of expected that! Very good though!
I was intrigued by the mushroom Brie and decided to get that Togo and WOW it was so good!!!
My waitress was awesome and did a great job! The place was clean and tidy. The ONLY thing that wasn’t a 5/5 was the hostess. She walked up like she was exhausted (I mean she probably was ) and was like “sorry for your wait” and then slowly walked me to table. I hate to be that annoying person but I a welcoming smile would have been nice.
I’ll definitely be back though! Thanks!

We were seated in the bar area. The food was very good and the side salad was very fresh and crispy. The service was cheerful, friendly, polite and efficient. The server was very busy and she took our order, brought out our food and then cleared our dishes. Our server was also answering the phone and taking several “to go” orders over the phone. Maybe the workload could be redistributed and shared with co-workers who appeared to just stand there during our visit. We did enjoy our time there though.

Oh my God another huge disappointment. People need to read their meal tickets. My husband clearly checked the box. It said no Mac sauce. What do I get on my burger Mac sauce. It does mean no good to call anymore because people don’t wanna honor their guarantees it does mean no good to order food and start county I am disappointed yet again. People don’t know what people are going through. All I wanted was dinner thanks for nothing.

Went INSIDE THE MASSILLON LOCATION AND EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! We were there about 11:30 am so we beat the rush. All our food was delicious and hot! our waitress was kind and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time we were there. We started out with a appetizer.. the sauerkraut balls. Yummy! Recommend dining inside rather than taking to go.

The food here is so good and there’s so many varieties and not one thing that I’ve ever gotten there has disappointed the service is great. Also, the older woman that is at us is so sweet and our waitress was so nice and very attentive 10 out of 10 I would eat here every day. also, the portions are very large and worth every penny❤️

This location is seriously lacking. We had 9 in our group – 3 burgers & fries, 2 kids meals, an order of fries, side salad & pot roast. We were seated right away, but waited about 25 minutes for our food. Which wasn’t hot. The service was so slow and it wasn’t busy. We won’t be back anytime in the near future to this Rockne’s!

Good food good atmosphere
Food was fast served and our waitress Tori was so nice and helpful. My drink is tequila /lemonade /cherry wow that’s was huge glass and tasty .

We always have an excellent experience at Rockne’s in Massillon! Our food was delicious and service was top notch! I recommend the pasta salad, it has all fresh ingredients and the chicken is cooked perfectly!
