Great restaurant, vast menu options. The enchilada sauce was superb, and my wife loved her chicken fajitas! Their salsa was unique and delicious. Alexis was attentive and personable. Very large portions, we ate almost 1/2 of our entrees – we arrived not super hungry after a big lunch.

Our family loves visiting Maria’s. We always try to make it there while it’s decorated for the holidays. During the summer it’s great sitting on the patio. Never been disappointed in what we order and the staff are profession but also very friendly. Between the great food and the staff that treat you like friends you can’t go wrong on a visit any time. Happy holiday to everyone at Maria’s, you made a another happy event for our family.

I showed my clients homes for sale around Grass Valley today, and they took me to one of my favorite restaurants “Maria’s Mexican Restaurant,” which has awesome food and decor and service. It’s very popular, so parking can be limited, and the food took some time to be prepared, but worth the wait.

I was up visiting my sister & I told her to find us a Mexican restaurant to go eat at. Because Mexican food is my favorite. So we went there & it was packed & we were told 45 min wait so we looked at each other & said wow this place must be good. So we went to put our name on the list & the hostess told my sister if there’s room in the bar we could eat in there so we walked in and there were 2 spots at the end of the bar. So we sat down & ate awesome food and had incredible service and then my sister told me that her Margarita was the best she ever had. What a great place I will definitely go back.

Best sit down Mexican food I’ve had in awhile. Love how festive it was for Christmas and the service is very good. It is more American style with lots of cheese and unseasoned chicken in the enchiladas but tasty for sure. Love that they actually make their sauces would eat the poblano chicken enchiladas again.

Over the years I’ve gone to this restaurant and generally had a good experience but tonight we ordered 3 drinks, three entrees, a bowl of soup and guacamole. $145! I don’t mind paying a lot of money for good food but this was in no way good! Average Texmex! I know prices for food has increased but this is ridiculous! I’ll never go here again. There’s plenty of restaurants in town that manage to have above average food and not rip you off. This place serves standard Mexican food but charges upscale prices. So disappointing. Had to ask 4 times for extra napkins.
