I dont know about you, but if im paying $14 for a teriyaki chicken with rice bowl I expect to get what I get at everyone jack n the box in the nation. The chicken came in a container you put burgers in. I understand paying a little more here on the island, but don’t make the portions smaller. The mini churro’s didn’t even come with sugar of cinnamon on them. What’s going on here? I felt like I had just been robbed when I got back to my hotel and opened the bag.

I kindly asked if I could have my spicy fillet fresh because the last time I came it was cold and very dark and dry. The sandwich maker with the gray shirt with no gloves took and old chicken fillet and threw it in the fryer for 30 seconds. She handed it to me and said, here fresh. I told her that wasn’t what I asked for. The cashier told her I saw her then she spoke in chuukese and got mad. I don’t know why its such a problem to serve quality food. I work at a restaurant I wouldn’t do that to my customers.

I used to like coming here when I live here for a month in 2019. I was surprised how similar it was to all the other jack in the box I’ve been to. I would walk here from the hostel I was staying at and make deliveries for people. I liked their jumbo jack the best.

The people who work here are lazy and incompetent. How do you get a hamburger and cheeseburger mixed up. To make it worse it came via uber eats, was sitting around for about 40 mins before someone picked it up. Dumb store, dumb staff. Horrible experience. Can only get a $2 credit for a $14 meal when it was wrong. This is equivalent to stealing. Disgusting! I am hoping staff who were working on orders at 2pm Honolulu time on Friday 23 Jan 2026 are reprimanded for their incompetence.

I was disappointed in the Food Quality!! I ordered this same thing last Saturday and the food came in fresh and hot but today it was covered in black burned crumbs from the grill or where ever it came from but it was dry! It tasted like it was just re-heated I don’t blame all the employees because who ever worked that shift must’ve been lazy! MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOOD COMES FRESH PLEASE!

Convenient, relatively quick, somewhat friendly and adapted my order. It’s fast food and the difference maker for me is often the service unless the food was exceptional either end of the spectrum. I like and will probably be going back again. One differentiated fact I do like is they serve breakfast at times when other 24 hour McDonald’s don’t. ✌️

I joined the app online and get notifications occasionally. I got an offer for a free Chicken Sandwich with any purchase. The sandwich was good not spicy. Very nice and includes tomato and lettuce.
