Forgot my wallet and these guys really saved me by letting me use my phone’s tap to pay to pay for the food! Ended up ordering a chicken tender lunch platter, which ran me about 14 bucks after tip for 5 tenders and a side of fries.
The tenders were pretty thin and a bit underflavoured, but the sauce they had was pretty good. I really like the fries, just the tiniest bit of crunch which I very much enjoy. Good selection of 9ther foods and desserts as well, for not THAT much more than a normal fast food place. Highly recommend them!

My family and I came in last night, came in and waited to be sat. No one helped us as we stood by the door for what seemed like forever. Maybe 10 -15 minutes. Not busy at all by the way!! There was a bartender and another guy behind the bar who never even looked our way. Finally we were sat by a waitress. She began to take our orders and we could barely hear her due to her low tone plus her wearing a face mask. Anytime we would ask her to repeat herself, she would repeat very rudely and extremely snarky. Finally we got our orders in and our drinks came! She just sat the drinks down at the end of the table being snarky once again. I placed an order of hot wings for an appetizer and my daughter ordered the special with the 3 appetizers and our meals. My hot wings came out, extremely burnt, they were hard as rocks and the sauce was just thrown on top of wings!! No other appetizer came out. When I asked about my daughter’s appetizer, I guess she thought it was a meal cause once again snarky about when she was being it out and she only had so many hands. Now I am a local and i love Applebees, and I have never seen this type of behavior at our Applebees. I am not sure if management has changed or what but our experience was horrible and sad to say, it was enough for us not go back.

I should have looked at the reviews first before ordering from this place…ribs was straight up nasty!! I didn’t even ask for dry rub ribs!! Asked for honey BBQ!! Potato & green beans ice cold!!! Come on folks do better!! What’s the point of having a restaurant if the cooks can’t cook!!!

Just tried to eat at this location. Waited for over 5 minutes just to be “greeted” at the door. I went to use the bathroom while my husband waited to be seated. I walked by the kitchen the staff was just standing in the kitchen talking amongst themselves. Went back out front still nobody greated us. The place was pretty much empty. A table of 10 was sitting and another table of 2 both still had only menues so clearly nobody was working the front. It’s 12:30 on a Thursday. We walked out. Guess that explains why the parking lot was empty. Went to First Watch greeted and sat immediately ordered and food delivered within 10 minutes. WONT BE GOING BACK to Applebee’s. Do better guys.

Started out good but got inherently worse. Group of six, waitress was too busy trying to be funny to listen to orders. Was specifically asked about an item on the menu and it came out wrong. Sauce on grilled cheese hamburger, missing bread sticks on chicken Parm. Server couldn’t land orders over six inches from table had to send plates to others in party. Food did not get to table as a group. Remake of grilled cheese cheese burger took twenty minutes. If the server would have paid attention the remake would not have happened. Better off at steak and shake across the road. Avoid at any and all cost. The place was far from busy so no excuses for any of this.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. The cooks smoke vapes and weed in the kitchen while cooking your food. They’re always under staffed and I saw a server eat fries off of a plate she was serving. I do believe that the Health Department will be contacted highly do not recommend. Nasty nasty nasty

I got unlimited wings. Ate almost 3 cut the top of my mouth to where it bled. Told the waitress she asked if I wanted them re-cooked.i said no I can’t eat anything with a bleeding mouth. I didn’t touch fries 1 I can’t eat starch 2 they were cold anyway. Had water with my meal. Got charged $10.49 plus still tipped though my experience was horrible. She didn’t cook them. The chili sauce on wings were weird tasting not like the normal they have. No manager around hmmm

We came kind of late but not to close to closing and we were greated with a nice warm welcome it was very nice experience our server name was Garren and he was absolutely fantastic drinks were made perfectly and our meals were times just right it was such a great experience I will come back again for sure !
