Someone who can’t tolerate cheese ( dairy products) and you paid for no cheese biscuit. You continue to put cheese on my order. Second time going back home to eat and you have to throw it away. Please review each bag

The atmosphere was cozy. It was very warm inside compared to thr Summerville Mcds. I like how this one was set up. I ordered the 20 pc nuggets with basket of fries (thinking they had the deal here, but didn’t) A basket of fries was right at $5. Dayummm. I ordered the LG blue raspberry freeze drink & she mixed the strawberry in with it. I mentioned it & she made another one just blue & so I had 2. She was really sweet. I just wished the food would of been fresh. Overall, I enjoyed it. The play area was full of kids having a blast.

Food is always good and fresh. The last few times my bag has been shoved to me and said have a good day. I understand that it’s cold and they want to shut the window but this time they left out my egg McMuffin was regular bacon. The only complaint that I have is that I’ve tried calling numerous times, but it goes to a fax machine. I did go Website and put it in. But it would be nice to have a local number and they pick up.

This was not my hometown location . I was from out of town working in the Lake Weiss area . The staff were friendly enough , however the food was cold (never good with a filet of fish) and the fries were half way gone before ever placed in the bag. When it’s nearly 4 bucks for an order of fries now, you really feel like you deserve the entire order of fries! Most concerning of all though was the fact that I became quite ill within 1.5 hours of consuming the fish sandwich from this location, and continued to be ill for several days. Please do better for the sake and welfare for the community you serve here.

It’s a Sunday night between 7pm & 8 pm. The inside of the restaurant had one family sitting there eating when I went in to use the bathroom, but otherwise there were no customers. Every customer that came through the drive thru was instructed to pull up into a parking space while their food was cooked. We waited more than 15 mins on a quarter pounder and a regular burger and when we got them they were cold! That’s bullshit and I don’t recommend eating at this McDonald’s!

i came through the drive thru earlier, service was quick however the food was not good or even close to fresh. we ordered sweet tea, and was handed unsweet. usually we don’t expect much when coming to fast food places however we do expect the bare minimum. the lady on back cash was also quite rude. for spending $10+ a person for very little food it was quite bad. needs immense work and staff need to be retrained on how to be polite.

Went inside to order. Restaurant was clean. I didn’t ’t use the automated order system because there was not a line. Associate was pleasant. Very fast service.
Sausage McMuffin with Egg was perfect. The English muffin was very fresh, not tough at all. The sausage was juicy and hot the egg was soft. Probably the best I’ve ever had.

They have good fries in this location, what I liked about is that it’s nice crispy and dry from the outside. It didn’t have oil coming out of their fries when I was there. The staff and management are nice. If their is a misunderstanding in one of your orders they’ll fix it for you
