Ordered a 3 Finger Combo and the fry portion was clearly reduced compared to what this location has consistently served for years (see photo). I asked if anything had changed and was told no, then given an explanation that it only looked smaller due to the container. I explained that even accounting for the container, the actual amount was still significantly less. The response was very matter-of-fact and dismissive, and nothing was done to address it. Additionally, over multiple recent visits, the chicken has been consistently rubbery and less tender than it used to be. This location is also consistently very loud in the evenings—often comparable to a high school cafeteria—which I understand is largely due to other guests, but it adds to the overall experience. Overall disappointing.

Busy busy BUSY! This place is so busy! I will say they are pretty fast, given how busy they are, though. But I guess that shouldn’t be too hard whenever you only have like one item in the menu. Seriously, they have chicken strips and a few side items to choose from. That’s it. The food is alright but overpriced for what it is. The staff is extremely nice and the place is very clean. They are open until like 2 a.m. as well! Now, a place I would have never guessed was open until 2 a.m., but they are lol.

The fries were hot and crispy, not soggy at all, with great texture and seasoning. The Texas toast was really good — buttery, well toasted, and soft on the inside. The chicken tenders were hot and juicy, with a crispy outside and tender meat inside. The Coke was ice cold and refreshing, which paired perfectly with the meal. Everything came out fresh and hot.

Went through the drive through and got the kids chicken fingers for the grandkids. This chicken is delicious, crunchiness on the outside and juicy on the inside. Real meat, not glued together meat. The canes sauce, I really liked it. Kind of a twist on ketchup and mayo, with a little BBQ sauce flavor mixed in. The kids ate it up. It was priced well, with a small drink and fries. The woman who took my order in person at the drive through was super sweet and personable.

This is the most poorly maintained Cane’s I’ve visited, and the customer service is just as disappointing. Honestly, the experience speaks for itself. When my chicken fell on the floor, the manager didn’t offer to replace it. Instead, she handed me a napkin and expected me to pick it up myself and put it back on my plate to eat it Completely unacceptable.

I had just gone to KFC on Thousand Oaks Dr. and received such terrible service I walked out. I came here and the service was excellent. Everyone was pleasent and polite as soon as I walked in. I was able to order quickly. While I was waiting the cashier gave me a cup with ice in it and said “Here you go sir, have a complimentary drink on me”. I enjoyed my experience here very much.

My wife ordered two orders of four piece meals to go. She brought it home and the pieces of chicken were so tiny I thought she ordered McDonald’s chicken nuggets’. When we dine in you get big juicy pieces. When you order to go you get jipped! I called the store we ordered from (Stone Oak location) and the girl laughed at me! You lost my business!!!!

First time trying Cane’s, it was good, got the 3 finger combo. The sauce really makes it, the fries were nice and salty and I love salty fries. I went through the drive thru and the guy was super nice — the tenders weren’t super crisp to be honest, but it was still good, especially for it being a fast food chain! And the bread was FIRE, still thinking about it.

This is not a review, it’s a question. Is the chicken over here halal? My cousin has been here a lot and says that it is halal. Just want to make sure.

Food is really good and service is excellent. The guy on fries puts way too much salt. The past 10 times I been the fries have been inedibly salty. Touching the fries will leave your fingers coated with salt. No other Canes locations are this heavily salted, it used to not be like this. This is the first time I’ve ever had this complaint in all my years eating French fries in any establishments. Everything else here is for real perfect as it has always been except for there being like 4x more salt on the fries than there normally is. If you look closely every single tiny white spec is salt. There’s clumps of salt in the ridges of the fries. That doesn’t even show the pile of salt from what I wiped off the fries
