Admittedly, I am older and don’t visit fast-food often and nearly never in the dining room. You have to order everything from a kiosk. There is no human interaction. I ordered two deluxe burritos, the biggest on the menu. They were nearly $7, and were just tiny! I spent $14 on less than 1/2 a pound on food. A person came out and handed me a small bag. I didn’t know it was on me to get my own napkins. None were offered. The service was non-existent. No one greeted me when I entered. No one said, “have a nice day” or “thanks for coming” or anything. I have had better food at a hospital! Taco Bell? Never again.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed a mobile order, gave my name at the speaker, and was told to pull into a parking spot as it takes time to go into their system. No further instructions were given.
I sat there for 30 minutes with no update. When my husband went inside, they claimed I was “supposed to go back through the line and check in.” That was never communicated. Our food was cold.
The assistant night manager refused to give his name and told me to Google the corporate number instead of providing it. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent. Avoid this location at night.

The manager named along the lines of “kristen” or something similar was extremely rude and acted like they could do whatever they wanted and not get in trouble when i asked for a food item they were no longer serving. When I mentioned their attitude and how I inferred their lack of care about their job as manager, they told me I should leave and that they didnt care wether I got the food I paid for or not. I genuinely hope upper management gets wind of this and promotes someone who actually cares about their job instead of keeping her in obstructive power.

Made my order completeley wrong, i have reactions to the chipotle sauce and asked for sour cream instead, they did not do so. im very upset because i live a good distance away and this spot was perfect for convenience

I WAS VERY VERRRRRYYYYYYY DISATISFIED WITH THEIR COSTOMER SERVICE. I tried calling about the baha blast pie and they VERY RUDLY hung out on me. And my poor niece never got to know if there allergic to it. And never got to taste wat it was like. Absolutely, disappointed. My poor baby.

The people here are so friendly. They always give me a water cup when I ask for some when it’s hot outside and they always do it with a smile. I’ve never had a bad experience in this place. Taco Bell is pretty bland usually, but this place is always food with a smile and a good atmosphere.

Incredible how a resteraunt can be IMPOSSIBLE to get to in a car, but then their order sign is difficult to find. The cashier told me I had to go all thw way back and called me stupid, first and only time ill ever try to go there again

This is supposed to be a soft taco without cheese (as the receipt shows they did hear correctly) but the gamble you take is that they stick you with soft tacos with only cheese as if they just do the opposite just for fun. I seriously wish this was the first time but it happens all the time. It probably is almost half the time at this location. Hopefully I have learned my lesson this time.
