Ordered from here as a quick pick me up for day shift, my coworker and I both got drinks only. After about 30 minutes of drinking we both got very sick. It was the only common thing we could of had to make us feel sick as we were both fine at the start of the day. Now we both can’t stay out of the restroom. Someone either didn’t clean something off well enough and we’ve ingested chemicals or the quality of the ingredients were bad and out of date. This just happened early this morning on 2/28/2026

To the woman who answered the phone twice to me today. My door dash order got all messed up and I was having a real bad day. I called the first time about my order being delivered and It was not my order at all. I was crying before we hung up.
I called the number in the Starbucks app and got It redelivered. I called a second time and you answered again, I just wanted to make sure my stuff was fresh and you were so understanding. I apologized for crying and explained I had the worst day ever and just wanted my coffee.

It never fails every time I go to this Starbucks and Jeanette is working my order is always messed up I pay 2 extra dollars for protein cold foam and get no cold foam at all. Previous orders the same thing happens anything extra that I order to add to my coffee from cold foam to toppings I never receive it. I’m just fed up so now I’m feeling I need to complain.

The new hot protein lattes, specifically the matcha because I haven’t had the other one, are genuinely undrinkable.. like literally is just a block of gritty foam that tastes so bad. You can’t even sip it through the lid it’s that thick. And this has happened the past 5 times I have ordered it since it came out. And every single time I’m just told by the employees that it “keeps happening” and there isn’t much they can do. So if you’re unable to make it properly for whatever reason please just say that when I’m ordering it and stop wasting people’s time and money?

When I treat myself to a coffee, I don’t appreciate the drive thru employee handing it to me & saying “1 large cup of sugar”. What was the point of that comment? “Have a nice day” would have been sufficient.

The inside isn’t very clean, the floors are very sticky. The drive thru has garbage everywhere. I only go here becuase its on my way to work and the other Starbucks is 10 mins put of my way. I usually prefer order and then can never get it right even though it says on the sticker exactly what I want.

in this network, nothing changes across America., today I ordered a latte coffee hot., there was no queue I had to wait for a long time when I accepted my order. When they accepted they gave me a cold latte with ice. but the coffee lat there is the best., the service is not dirty and people can not accept the order., Positioned as a good network but the service is not the price of coffee should be one dollar 1 $ my opinion because there is no service
