First of all, the staff is very friendly, so that’s the good part.
My wife took le feullete de calamars, which she said was good.
My mussels however were not properly cooked, still hard to open and I had sand in a few of them. You would expect that a chef who works with seafood should know to wash this thoroughly. The fries were the worst fries I had in a long time: the texture and the taste was like cardboard. Very sure that these were frozen fries.
Then the bill: an apple juice: 4,10 euro and a coke at the same price !
The starter of my wife they charged 15 euro, while for that price you can have a main in the region. The mussels at 17,50 euro were no value for money at all.
We won’t return here and I think there are better places for less money.

We went to France for a day just to go to Le Tréport to have a nice meal, and Grain d’ Sel did not disappoint. The service was very attentive and friendly. Food was sublime. Prices are more than fair. I had an excellent 3 course meal for 28 euro. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
