I love Arby’s and I don’t want to be petty but if you have flavored lemonades I am not sure why you couldn’t do flavored tea’s… it just makes sense, it’s a flavored liquid with a pump.. why could it not also be added into a tea? In fact, maybe a week ago I came to get Arby’s and I had asked if they could put the strawberry flavor in a tea for me and they had no problem doing so and talked about trying it themselves because it sounded good (very much so). So imagine my surprise when I asked if they could do that for me today as well and the woman told me that it is NOT ALLOWED.. and so I did mention how somebody had done it for me already, just for somebody else to chime in and shout (assuming it was the manager) “who was it because they will be fired!” First of all.. I do not know the employee by name and secondly I wouldn’t tell you if I did since you insist of FIRING somebody from their job over pumping strawberry flavor into a tea for this pregnant lady (me)
That is very odd to me that it would be such a big deal and I just can’t seem to get over it… I just really wanted that strawberry tea, it was infact very good!
MAYBE I can encourage you then to start doing flavored tea’s along with the lemonade. I don’t mean to make such a huge deal out of this but it really is frustrating because why would this not be allowed?? I just don’t understand… all you have to do is pump the flavor into the tea!!! It’s not hard! So thank you Arby’s for pissing a pregnant woman off when all I wanted was my strawberry flavored tea..

The last few orders we picked up at drive thru were not what was ordered and the one gyro had very little meat in it. This location has gotten careless with customer satisfaction! They also have posted no refunds! Well them make the orders how customers request them!

Got lunch and it was pretty expensive. $11.02 for a chicken sandwich small combo. Then I found coupon in the bag they gave me food lol. No wow factor about the food. Very clean restaurant. I did ask the cashier about the turkey gyro which is what I usually get from here and she said they don’t do the 2 for $7 with that and one gyro was $6 + so ended up getting the chicken sandwich. Turns out found the 2 for $7 gyro coupon on the coupon book that was in the bag. Maybe she needs to remember the deals better lol. Food was okay. Like their curly fries. Overall okay. Get the COUPONS if you want to get the bang for your buck here. Enjoy.

I went through the drive through. They insisted the dipping sauce was in the bag. It wasn’t. The lobby was closed. I couldn’t go in. They wouldn’t bring it out. I had to go back in line and wait. The girl laughed about it and thought it was funny.

Every time I’ve tried an Arby’s, their roast beef sandwiches, their rolls are always limp and soggy, like they have been in a wrap for 1/2 hour. Different stores, same thing, and different minimum sandwiches. Maybe it is the roll they use, but don’t care. I’ll just avoid them anymore.
Years ago, they sold a SUPER ARBYS roast beef sandwich that was very good, and used a different delicious sauce, with a roll that wasn’t soggy.
Bring this back exactly as it was, and I’ll be a continuous fan.

This location is always a great experience. Staff is fast and friendly. One particular woman who runs the drive thru stands out and is always on top of it all.

The order was missing a sandwich and the applesauce for the kids meal. The steak bites were disappointing and just chunks of roast beef. The employee at the window charged me 25 cents cash at the window to pick up my order. The order was fully charged to my bank I checked so this is weird behavior. The food smelt spoiled.

Ordered online, got an apple turnover that was cold and hard asked them to warm it up for me to try to make it soft they couldn’t do it, also asked for extra icing as the amount on it was ridiculous (I even offered to pay for it) was told they can’t do that either. Never will be back.

The young man that waited on us this evening (7/1/25 approximately 6:30 pm) was outstanding!! He could not have been more accommodating!! So sorry I didn’t get his name!! Hoping the date and time will narrow it down. Keep being amazing, young man, you will do great things!! Love my Arby’s and so thankful they put 1 in the same plaza as my workplace!! This young man definitely mad our visit top notch!?
