I had such a great experience at Panera thanks to Lanya and the team! Lanya was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared perfectly. The woman who was preparing the food was also very helpful and made sure everything was just right. It really made my whole visit enjoyable.

This afternoon I was there with my daughter and enjoyed a great soup and sandwich meal. The meal was fresh and flavorful. I would’ve liked to see the soup bowls clean the bowls were dripping on the side. Messy bowls. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I would recommend this location really enjoyed the meal.

Food, service and staff are great. Staff especially. However, having member exclusive foods, several popular items sold out, multiple pop ups at the kiosk while browsing and a high price point for food quality thats realistically comparable to good gas stations (excluding baked goods) is rather sub par.

It was a very pleasant atmosphere, many people use it to work online or meet with their friends, the employees were very friendly and attentive even though it was busy! I would recommend visiting to enjoy the winter season with a chocolate in front of the fireplace!

The prices here are insane for how much food you get. Paid $22 for a group soup only to get a little cup, barely enough for 2 people and ripped baguette pieces, which they couldn’t even bother to cut nicely. This isn’t a fancy restaurant, so why such high prices? Soup was good, though.

First time my aunt was here so she wasn’t sure how to order. Young lady behind the counter was very sweet and explained their menu and what options she had. Food was excellent and thr atmosphere was great. Store was very clean and everyone was very nice.

Manager not friendly at all, she can’t even directly hand a customer a cup . Didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair, that was in a bun and with a larger build . The staff themseveles are friendly
