Just ate here at store 1328. I was sorry with the kiosk. All I wanted to do was remove lettuce from my order. But it wanted to charge me to add everything else back on the burger. Mr Freddy offered to take my order himself. He also offered some options that improved my meal. He had a great attitude despite me already being frustrated. Later as I ate, I witnessed another customer having issues ordering a specific drink from the app. And saw Freddy help him with the same great attitude as well. I continued to watch him hustle and help coworkers and other customers. He is a great example of a human being. I think he was the manager. If not he should be.

Bacon wrangler doubles are supposed to come with “fried onion strings”. Instead, both of our BWD’s came with raw onions on them. They’re completely different things and neither my wife or I like raw onions, otherwise he would have asked that they be removed from our sandwiches. They were not edible as is for us, incredibly disappointed.

Waited for my mobile drive thru order for 22 minutes and then… Literally please explain how this is a chicken wrap? And then if ur out of tortillas maybe let the customer know?? If im paying $9 for this meal?? Real upset lol.

Easily the worst Whataburger in the near by area food was super slow and cold by the time they served it. 15+min on the order. The manger was not nice either after I had a correction made on a child’s meal the receipt showed it was a hamburger and they got chicken fingers not a big deal until the manger argued I was wrong and I had to show them the receipt afterwards she only responded with we will have that up for you shortly 10 mins later they did so my 5yr old son got to pretty much eat alone due to it taking 25min to get his food

You have got to do better at the drive thru. It should not take 20 plus minutes for drive thru with only 5 cars. When u opened i can understand but u have been open a year now. If u need to know how to handle the drive thru then please consult with chick fila cuz u guys suck at it. Now its been over 30 minutes. Do better.

Hey wait a second, what could you expect more from a fast food. They welcome you with a smile, they serve you and always offer condiment at your table, the food is fresh and tasty, it’s clean. And a meal for 10 box. This place worth it a 1000 times. Great place. It’s THE fast good place.

I just want to take a minute to say thank you to Kyro. My kid ordered a burger and forgot to ask for mayo and no mustard. Kyro didn’t hesitate for a second he immediately remade a new burger, and on top of that, he gave my two boys cookies.
He truly made our experience so much better and turned our mistake into something positive. This is the kind of customer service that deserves to be recognized. Great job, Kyro we’ll definitely keep coming back because of him.

Clean lobby and friendly staff. Manager checked on us and we let him know how great of a crew he has. Food was awesome as usual. Don’t close down this store!!! They are always pretty busy and so consistent with they’re food.

Definitely it is worth every penny you pay! I loved the burger, it was fully cooked and other ingredients were fresh.
Manger and staff were very welcoming and professional. Wish it was closer to us so I can visit there more often. When a Roswell/Johns creek/ Alpharetta branch?:)
